Fantastic service from Summer

Spoke with Summer directly about a tight deadline and while she could not promise anything, she estimated from experience it would be okay and sent messages to their production teams about the urgency. Happy to confirm my kits arrived in under 6 weeks and they are fantastic, quality printing and no errors. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service and great kits.

My experience with Decathlon was really good. I ordered personalised football shirts and throughout the whole process Decathlon was very clear. Summer helped me a lot with all my queries and clarified any pf my doubts.

The printing was excellent and Summer was a great help sorting out any problems from start to finish. A++++

The quality of the fabric and design resolution was really good, plus very good production and delivery speed. My project manager, Summer, was really helpful, and generally response times were good too. The product turned out really good, the whole team loves it! Will definitely be reordering next year.
It was also great as when I initially started the project, the items were at a lower price, but when I wanted to place the order they had increased their prices. When I asked about it, they made an exception for me since I begun the process with the impression I would be paying the lower price. All in all they were very accommodating.
One nit-picky thing would be that the website is a bit buggy? I think that could use some smoothing out, but also it’s very usable so not too huge an issue

I ordered some kits for Corporate League football, having never done this sort of thing before. Summer at Decathlon Club made the process very straightforward and ensured all my needs were met. The kits we received were excellent qualities and precisely to our requests, couldn't be happier with them!

I ordered a set of basketball shirts for our school team. There was an almost overhwelming number of options for the design, but the process was easy to navigate. Using a poor quality copy of our school logo wasn't a problem. The shirt size is slightly confusing - being the width across just the front of one shirt-slightly more advice regarding sizing would have been reassuring. The whole process took about 8 weeks. The tracking process was helpful and the shirts look amazing. I am really pleased with the result and will use Decathlon again.

Totally happy with our new kit. From order to delivery Decathlon were first class and the quality is excellent. A big shout out to James for his great customer service throughout the process.

Decathlon refuse legal tender. I will never use such a so called business and will encourage others not to. Such a terrible experience to go into a shop and then told I cant pay with legal tender. There are better places to shop, so decathlon can go without.

We looked at a kit supplier and Decathlon shone with it's interactive web based design tool which allowed us to play around for weeks with the design. Summer and the rest of the team responded quickly and efficiently with any queries. The manufacturing process was timely, the updates very reassuring and our cycle jerseys arrived ahead of schedule.
Two points - the designs don't stay forever, we dithered and when we went back to them, the design had disappeared and we had to start again. Sizing - this caused a few headaches, the jerseys come up smaller than we would have ordinarily bought. Everyone measured and remeasured, we all went up a size from our normal and all are happy with what we've got.
The jersey are longer than an average cycle top, quality seems good - we all went for the premium rather than normal.

Summer was amazing, cant praise her enough for all her help. Clear process throughout and having Summer on hand for any queries made everything a breeze. The production team were also amazing and helpful. The communication received through the entire process, made it easy to keep track of what was happening.
The entire team took the issues we'd had with someone else and simply solved the problem straight away. Would recommend them to everyone, and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered a football kit, the minimum delivery time was stated as 6 weeks, I made contact 4 weeks from my event. Before making the order I called up to see if my timeframe was possible, I was told that no guarantees could be made but that all efforts would be made to try and get the order across in time. After submitting the order I was in constant contact via phone and email with Summer and James, they were very prompt in their responses every time I reached out and I put it down to their alertness that my order did come on time. The order itself was of excellent quality and for a very reasonable price. As representatives of the Decathlon Club, Summer and James were brilliant all the way, it was really refreshing to have a customer service experience that involved no automated messages or any extra steps, direct contact with the people that could help every time, if more companies adopted this practice, the customer service industry would be in a much better place.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. I ordered kit for a charity cycling event and James, who looked after me, did exactly that. He did eveything he could to ensure that the kit arrived in time and looked great.

Decathlon Clubs design feature can be a bit fiddly but it is a great tool to ensure that the kit looks fantastic. When the shirts arrived, the whole team loved them, which was brilliant.

I'd wholeheartedly recommend Decathlon Club and I am sure we'll use them again for next years event.

We recently received our first batch of club shirts for our archery club are are really pleased with them. They look good, fit well and match the size charts. I was pleasantly surprised at how similar they look to the kit designer tool. Summer was very helpful in advising and efficient in progressing the order and I was kept updated at each stage. The only slight downside was the 6 week lead time, which we will have to go through again now that we are ready for our second order.

Thanks to Elliot and team for making our experience as seamless as possible. Ordered over 50 kits and they are fantastic.

Great interaction from start to finish! From design help, support with order form, and communication through the delivery process this was a great experience. Product is great value for price.
