Le délai d'attente est trop long
Le délai d'attente est trop long . Entre Anvers et Bruxelles ça a pris plus d' une semaine. C est un peu ridicule -Faudrait penser à changer d'opérateur ou mettre en place un système de collecte. Certains comics sont emballés par 2 dans des pochettes en plastique et sont moyennement protégés avec du papier journal dans la boîte. Ça fait un peu cheap. Autrement les comics sont fidèles à la description, ou plutôt aux photos. Là aussi faudrait penser à mettre les appellations du type , F, VF, NM , etc...ca simpliefirait beaucoup les choses. Donc note globale : 5,5/10.

Hello Arno, Sad to see the negative feedback without letting me know in advance.
Shipping times is not something I have a say in. I use mondial relais (or Bpost for Int'l shipping) to keep shipping costs at a minimum. If you needed it urgently you could have messaged me so I could make a express delivery (at a surplus cost)
As I understand from your feedback, the comics were as stated (not damaged) so I don't understand why you found the packaging inadequate. It may look a bit cheaper because I re-use boxes and stuffing for ecological reasons but never had any complaints before.
I don't use grading to avoid problems with customers. I often see other dealers overgrade or overprice comics. I want to avoid that. My pricing is really fair and the photos of the actual comic should give you enough information. And if not, you can always ask me for more photos.
Let me know if you have any more remarks.
And 5.5/10 is not 1 star in my opinion ;)
