We are currently in the middle of setting up with Commercium Constacloud, so I can’t give a final assessment of the system yet.

However, what I can clearly say already is that the support is outstanding. I’ve rarely experienced such fast, dedicated, and highly competent assistance.

You don’t just get answers – you get real solutions, and throughout the entire process you feel genuinely supported.

Based on this experience alone, I can already highly recommend Commercium Constacloud.

We have used Commercium to bridge the gap between NOTHS and our Shopify Store. The application does exactly what it says on the tin.

Sure there has been the odd little technical issue but their team have resolved these quickly with minimum impact to us.

We continue to use them to this day and will be using them for a number of years to come. Hopefully utilising more of their services as our business demands grow.

I've been very impressed with Commercium so far, our store is large and has over 250 listings, and we needed a way to manually upload to NOTHS. They've been very helpful and diligent in getting these done accurately.

Edit - 30/3/26 - Initially there were a number of issues and bugs that caused the implementation of this app to be a lot longer than expected. These included issues inventory and order management when warehouse locations were involved, control over when and where products get listed and long lead times to connect certain marketplaces as well as some illogical processes. However the team addressed all of these issues in a professional and timely manner and I am confident that this app will turn out to be a good investment.

Always helpful and quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely recommend them to all.

Great system for platform sync and order management. Still new so has some fixes to be made. But team has been good and responsive all the way through.

Commercium is a great platform to manage multiple marketplaces in one place. It is very easy to integrate and simple to use, even for beginners. The dashboard is user-friendly and helps streamline operations efficiently.

The Commercium team is extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever we need support, they assist immediately and resolve issues quickly.

I would especially like to appreciate Mahima for her support with eBay integration. She was very polite, patient, and guided us step-by-step through the process. Her assistance made everything smooth and hassle-free.
