I've dealt with myCred for a few projects now, and I've had to use their customer support in each one. And I have to say, their team is diligent, and even though it may take a couple back-and-forths to get things resolved, I believe that I can rely on them to get the job done. During my last support session, Talha stuck with it and made sure my question was resolved. Because of this I will continue to utilize their plugins for future projects.

As an expert in gamification, I can say this plugin is great. I also dealt with customer support team and found them real support.

Support is unbearably slow. Building a system for a client of mine, needed to get the system up days ago, but the support won't even help me get the lienee key.

I have been client since 5 years. it used to be good. Now a days, they cant even give me a license key on time. Our entire systems is collapsed (show stopper) and we cannot upgrade to latest Stripe API as the license number faisl despite payment. its been 7 days, 3 support tickets and they simply dont care. Slow answers, they don't understand even if we send them videos, share everything and explain the step by step of the issue. In 2020, this was a 5 star, in 2024, i would give it a 1 or 2.

I wish i could remove them by just uninstalling the plugins but i cant.

Outstanding support with extremely fast response times and resolution time. I had a customization issue with the plugin (no fault of theirs), raised a ticket and the team bent over backwards to accommodate my request. The issue was tricky, so the team thought outside the box and implemented an alternative solution that worked just as well. I cannot recommend the support team enough.
