DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have a no money back return policy, which I feel is extremely unreasonable for an online company.
I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and the color was very different online verses in person, in addition to that it totally didn't fit correctly, guess I am out $350.00.

For a starter I wasn't sure about this shop because I found it through Google and it was my first time to try it- i'm glad I did-
My dress came on time and Inessa really helped me and she even upgraded my shipping into express to be delivered to me on time. She always replies to my questions so fast. I think this shop has the best customer service I ever experienced.
Back to the dress. Although it's a bit big on me but that's my fault I didn't take my body measures right. But I'm gonna take it into a tailor to adjust it. It was just like the picture. And from what I can see its 100% authentic. The fabric is great and it's well made. Can't wait to wear it

I'm from Germany and I ordered a dress from this website. My problem: the dress (McDuggal 4331M - black) which I preferred for my event was sold out, everywhere! But than there was Inessa. The customer service works wonderfully with her, she answered my questions within minutes. I can't believe how fast my order traveled across the world, from USA to Germany. My dress came in perfect conditions and I fell in love with it. Everything worked out very well. I would award 100 stars if I could and won't hesitate to order from her again in the future. THX :-)

I ordered three dresses from mydressline.com! All was shipped in excellent condition and very fast!

Inessa was very helpful with all my questions, personally assisted in finding the best size for me, and always responded my emails in an hour (even though we have 9 hours of time difference)

The website is informative and have pictures to show off their products which I like but I think the price for the item I purchased is high
