Train was booked at CDG,plane was late leaving Zanzibar so we booked a meet and greet. Ali Met us as we got off the plane. We hot footed it to passport control which was a hell hole. Ali got us through in minutes. Then on to baggage pick up There was a wait and it was chaos, because luggage piled up uncollected owned by the people stuck in passport control . Eventually ours appeared.Then on the the railway station.All was great. We would not have made the train without Ali.

I needed to adjust various parts of my bookings such as times, pick up points and drop off points; and it was all done without any issues. The vehicles are first class and super comfortable. The drivers are all very professional and respectful and reduce the stress that travel can cause. I've been lucky enough to have the same driver for a couple of trips now (Mouhib ) and I can recommend him 100% for his great driving and conversational skills.

Booked in advance on wednesday for Paris city to airport transfer 0800 following monday. Monday arrives, no car. Luckily a French friend was there to call the regular Paris cab company for us. Later received an apologetic email, technical problem with our booking apparently. There had been no technical problem taking our payment, though. Fee was refunded, but never again will i do business with this company.

Excellent service! Drivers were professional and courteous. Sylvain was responsive and attentive to our travel plans. Will use service again in the future. Many thanks!
