We are shifting to another platform, they increased the price of plans in the middle of the year. Suddenly you see some plugins stopped working and spending so much amount on credits. Do not use this ever.

Scam app , I’ve always wonder why such criminals are not handled by cyber security even google Facebook and others promoting their ads as well this has to be really addressed. This is real crime looting people’s hard earned money.

Fake site.. Paid for Folding Sofa on 05Th Aug24.. Shipment tracking link stopped after 5 days.. Goods not delivered till date. Wonder How Razor pay is involved by accepting payments on their behalf.. No phone number, mailid is fraud.. GUYS beAWARE

It seems Dukaan is a platform specially created for Scamsters. I lost money ordering furnitures. They take money and send us a WhatsApp message stating "Accepted" "Order Placed" and asking us to communicate with given e-mail address of the shop. If we press "Traking Order" you will see the URL is down, its existence no more..! Now You will realise Cheated..! WhatsApp Support won't respond to you. Real Scam masters of Dukaan. Boycott and report this Dukaan!

Amount taken for furniture as on today no tracking from link fraud products shown in insta reels

Worst company, we placed order and waited for 1 week, they cancel the order by themselves and send email saying you cancel the order, worst literally fraud site I ever visit, please don’t place any order guys,they have no online service, once you order, you will not able to make contact with anyone.

Sab se vaahiyaat service, completely fraud, Ye 1 star bhi dena nahi chahta par comment likhne k liye dena hi padta hai.

Totally a fraud company,after taking your money ,they just Vanish into air, never order from here guys. If you don't wanna donate your money to them ,don't order.

I have ordered for a Woodland shoes and instead they sent me some other shoes, NO return policy, No customer service number, I sent an email and NO response back.

The company's founder is extremely arrogant, and his actions are poised to jeopardize the company's future. The customer support is woefully inadequate, relying solely on a bot that fails to address any issues. I contacted them two separate times, but my emails remain unanswered. This gross negligence is a clear indication that this is a company to avoid subscribing to.

Received a different product...not same as in order placed...no return policy... Frauds

Please stay away from this service. Agree that the UI is appealing, and seems pretty good but thats where it ends. Customer support is pathetic, and pricing rules are so dynamic that one day you pay a hefty amount, and within few weeks rules are updated and we realize we owe them more. Haven't come across any service company that is soooooo money minded and care the least about customers. I presume they are in the game to provide service only to the premium enterprise customers and do not care or worry about the small fishes.

The platform is very very bad. very limited capabilities. pricing sucks and they have zero support.

Horrible company.
They restricted features in my account, after 1 year of use, without any warning.
They will do anything to take your money away.
Better pay for shopify or other alternative.
Unfortunately, that´s the reality.

UPDATE: They reverted the decision.
changed from 1 star to 2 stars.
Only some plugins are restricted now, which makes no sense, because all the plans have all plugins available.
I will change my review if dukann removes the plugin restriction.
