clear to read and use, shows what power you are using and easy to switch to eco.

Automatic switch from 1 to 3 phase mode in ECO mode and vice versa would be a plus.

Got a zappie because I already had a myernigi Eddie and solar setup. All works seamlessly and very happy with the zappie charger quality and set up.

Excellent product Simple to use, durable attractive finish with a pleasing design love using it

確認済み

Good product but I would like to see an updated user interface and a better locking mechanism for the tethered unit

確認済み

Early days but seems to be a good product. Have occasionally had the unit not automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi but a restart of the unit normally fixes this quickly.

none all good so far.

The best charger

確認済み

Excellent charger with access to cheap tariffs from Octopus

Nice, easy to install. Looks great. Properly working App. Lots of information on the display and available on the API. Would be nice to have charge records also in the App, not only the account.

Used ever week and never have any problem with it

確認済み

It is much better than the one I had which did not work properly. I like this one. Easy to use and uses the solar.

The reason for the low rating is that the Zappi charger failed after just a few weeks use. I am impressed however by the warranty aftercare. A new charger has been received with a planned installation date in the next 2 weeks. I hope that the replacement lasts longer.

Excellent product. Works very well with solar panels. Installation was quick by professionals who knew what they were doing

East to use.

Brilliant charger

Very happy with my Zappi. It has many useful functions not available with other chargers. eg Eco Charge Mode which works very well with my PV Panels

確認済み

The flexibility provided for various charging options is great

This is a week built device which is simple to use. There are lots of options in the settings so you will find what works for you. Had no problems charging my Tesla

The hard- and software are pretty good, charging from grid (11 KW) as well as with surplus power from PV is smart and easy. Of course the price is much higher than less sophisticated models without automated charging of surplus power. The installation is in general easy, but on German 3-phase grid the electrician needs to be very familiar with Zappi and the proper installation of the CT's (we needed harvi therefore, which is very recommendable). The electrical installation of our house has a mix-up in the phase order between grid connection and the fuses towards the Wallbox, which confused two installers and took a while to fix it.
