Incorrectly installed. Breaker completely burnt out within two weeks slight use. Lucky not to have a fire. Zappi still not working correctly. Now met with silence and seemingly little urgency to resolve the situation. Unsatisfactory.
works perfect
Wonderful product and great customer service. No hesitation in recommending myenergi and Zappi
I am really please with the product. It is well made and was easily installed. The on line set up through the App was fairly straight forward, there were a few little oddities with the App, but nothing that wasn't overcome. It is a little more expensive than other similar products, but overall i would recommend the product without hesitation.
Nice looking
My new car will not arrive until May so I cannot give any information until I use it. Sorry
Seems to be the best currently available on the market
Works as expected with EQB
Good product and works very well with our solar panels
Professional from start to finish. Came when arranged and carried out a lovely job. Would highly recommend.
Not the cheapest, but well made with a good app and British made.
It’s an easy model to use.
Great and really works well
Easy to use, smart looking and robust.
The product is good and convenient when it works . Our Zappi broke down after two years and had to be replaced, Was used to charge one vehicle which is part electric and was nor excessively used. It has now been replaced and perhaps we were just unlucky
Gerät ist sehr gut, Schnelle und ordentliche Montage durch meinen Elektriker. Lade bei Sonne mein Auto sehr günstig.
Looks well and is a tidy unit with good functioanlity.
Great product. Has lots of options and will therefore suit almost every situation. Sturdy quality. The price is quite high though and I imagine this will have to come down once this is a more common piece of house equipment. Found the CT clamps quite bulky, not easy to fit in the small space of an electric board. The installation manual could have been a bit easier to understand, had to use different manuals, youtube films and a call to the help centre. But in the end it's all working fine and I am a proud owner/user of this Zappi.
Very good saving money with off peak electricity
Myenergi after sales support is fantastic
