They contacted my claiming they got my detail from a high court order after Homelogic went bust. This by the way I have been advised is illegal.

They quoted over £4500 for removing open cell spray foam insulation on my roof. They stated dropping the price straight away without me even saying anything to below £40000. They showed me fake pictures of my moisture levels claiming it is really high at over 18.5.

Ive had multiple companies telling me my level are only between 11-12 which is perfectly normal.

I am not and will not use their service but feel everyone should know my experience when they came to house to quote me.

I have some problems with the system. I tried to call several months but phone number is not working. Is there any way to contact anyone

I have a few issues with them tried ringing the number and it rings then say this number is no available
My guess is that they are no longer trading anymore

Had a solar install done with MES over 2 years ago and my system has suffered more down time than operational. Calls go answered and no contact or response from them regarding ongoing issues. My system has been down for 8 months now due to battery related issues and they couldn’t care less.

The company took my deposit of two and half grand, they cancelled the job the Friday before they were due to start. Despite contacting numerous times, no refund and they are still in business

We applied for a grant not knowing if we would get it. Zish came & did a survey very professional answered all our questions My Energy Solutions contacted us to advise we would be having a loft insulation & solar panels The teams they sent worked quickly & all were very polite cleaned up after nicely Laurie at the office kept me up to date who will be coming & when.Will came & did an inspection It was a pleasure to deal with this company I would definitely use them again.Thank you all Pam Gyselinck

Great installation using good local tradesmen couple of small hitches co-ordinating supplies and various trades but the result is a good heat pump and solar panel installation. Myenergy were friendly and knowledgeable

I had some insulation done by my energy and solar panels from a government grant. I didn’t know if I would get a grant but they had a look into it and did everything for me. It took a couple of weeks for the whole process to be done but they have been very helpful. So far the after service has been good and they have answered my emails even out of hours when I didn’t know what the lights on the box for the solar panels meant this weekend. I have told my friends to get in touch and see if they can get the same grant. Thanks

Shocking company
Won’t answer calls e mails or even get back to me when messages left the system they said would work great and save money on bills just don’t work , costing £230 per month to run
Had a big leak from the water tank in week 1 which made all our floors swell , when it was 0degree the system packed in completely, which is when you need heat the most , overall absolute useless , was installed via a grant and £500 payment towards ,they left all the rubbish and a pallet in my yard. Said they would come back for it but never seen them since and had to get rid of it all myself , I want this system removed asap and I’m now contacting the higher relevant people to get this resolved ,
Avoid these at all costs and keep gas , way way better , warmer , reliable , simple and cheaper , wish I never bothered ,

I was a bit worried about getting an air source heat pump with it being a new heating type. I spent a lot of time researching local companies and went back and forth with my energy for a while. They were great at putting my mind at ease and answering all of my questions. It has been a few months since my install now and I am really happy with it. Special thanks to Eliot for helping when my thermostat went off the wifi and he talked me through what I needed to do.

Absolutely cowboys, made a mess of my mothers house and when they couldn't figure out how to fix it they just decided the job was finished and never came back.

66 faults and £420 later finally i found a company that can fix my solar panels system had it installed by my energy solutions after constantly ringing to try and get my system working being told nobody in my area i found eco7 brilliant service from them found the fault within 10 minutes and fixed it turn's out my energy solutions had put too female connector's together and was giving me a arc fault . also the inverter was not set up right please if you want panel's done go to eco 7 not my energy solutions

Why do the company not respond to my request made via their own "Get in Touch" facility or to emails? Sunsynk suggested I contact this company for advice and a quotation. Letter to their CEO is next.

We had an air source heat pump, solar panels, and a new heating system installed through a government grant. From the moment they started, it was a complete disaster. They tore our house apart with no respect for plans or structure. In the process, they damaged electrical wiring, causing power outages—and even worse, one of their own engineers was electrocuted due to their negligence. He was temporarily blinded, yet management insisted the work continue.

Despite eventually “completing” the installation, the boiler doesn't work at all—and now they’re refusing to fix it. They've also left trash all over our garden and are outright refusing to reimburse us for the certified electrician we had to hire to repair the damage they caused.

This company is the definition of incompetent. A team of disaster artists. We are currently seeking legal advice and would strongly advise others to stay far away from them.

Best advoid we have been left with considerable damage to the house and they refuse to fix.

My ASHP was installed ahead of scheduled time. The team who carried out the installations were skilled and professional. The work was done in very high standard. If there is variations from the original design, the installer will ask me first before they proceed. The value for money is over and above the expected results. All the radiators was changed and added one new in the kitchen. Highly recommended firm.

This company handled all the work needed to make my home 'green' and energy efficient from start to finish. Each team that came (electrician/solar panel installers/insulation installers/gas fitter) was absolutely professional and left my home in a clean condition. They were, without exception, pleasant and patient throughout. I was contacted after each visit, to make sure that I was happy with the work done. I would recommend MyEnergy Solutions 100%.

I had solar panels fitted on my roof in July by My Energy Solutions and I was very happy with the installation, however the ma;n that carried out the work commented to his workmate that the amount of bird netting was on the short side. l wasn't really sure what this meant' A few weeks later l' had my gutters cleaned and i was told that birds were sitting under the netting''{ phoned My Energy Solutions and they said they would arrange for someone to come out and look at the problem. Since then l have phoned on numerous occasions and am always told the same thing, and during some heavy wind a fortnight ago l found a piece of the guarding which is covered in spikes in my garden' l was just thankful that it was on the back of my house and not at the front which overlooks the road. I am still waiting now.I might just add that l am 89 and depend on getting a good job done.

Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Great price. Great installation team who worked in some horrendous weather conditions. Great aftercare who have been very supportive and explained everything to me. Would recommend this company 100%.

Communication was great installation was on schedule and done efficiently. Installation crew were polite and informative, price of system was reasonable, would recommend this company

MyEnergy solutions installed my Solar Panels at the agreed time and the installers were respectful and efficient. Following the install i was contacted by MyEnergy solutions to take me through the web portal, I was at work at the time so could not set up the portal until the next day. They assisted me in setting up the online account and I now have access. I paid the pre installation and final payment on time and everything is working.
The reason for the 3 stars is the aftercare. The installers left all there boxes at the back of my house and as the scaffolding covered my whole driveway I had't noticed for a few days. By which time the boxes were wet through. I was told by MyEnergy i had to remove them myself. The scaffolders didn't turn up on the agreed day to remove the scaffolding and left a reel of wire and other items behind just thrown on my drive. There is no response to texts or calls when I contact them with queries. For example the batteries were only charging to 20% and I have asked some questions but have received no reply.
