Sara was wonderful! I ordered a shirt for my husband but something somewhere got screwed up and it was way too big when I received it! Sara helped me through the process and is sending me a new size shirt free of charge. The products are always great and the customer service is even better! Thanks again Sara!

Quick communications is key and that’s what you’ve got, I got responses within the same day I sent emails which usually doesn’t happen. And the staff made the whole experience smooth and painless.

Despite being very busy with processing, customizing, and shipping out orders, their staff (Chen and Sara especially) still made their best effort to have my order sent out on time. It is apparent that customer satisfaction is their priority, and I definitely look forward to buying from them again!

An issue with one pair of socks ordered which was cancelled , I received other items from photosocks with know issues , and very happy with them..: sock quality is good too

I ordered a pair of swim shorts for my husband. They were absolutely adorable but the original pair was too snug for his body type. I reached out about a resize. I was responded to within hours and I was sent a new pair within days. I'm super happy with my experience and will be using this site for any future custom clothes I order.

I purchased an item that I wasn’t completely happy with and going against their policy for “change of mind returns “, I was given half of my money back which I was happy with.
