This company provided an inaccurate estimated arrival time. Just to ensure deliverability I paid extra for expediated shipping and still didn't recieve the item in time. The tracking system that they use isn't accurate either. They were a very misleading vendor compared to other overseas vendors that I work with. My event was ruined because of their mistakes and I regret spending money and additional money assuming they could meet their dates with room to spare.

The service was great. They let me see portions of the shirt before it was put together! Great communication and great Staff!!! Definitely will use again!!

I placed a large order for custom shirts to wear at a family reunion, and they were great! They arrived within a week of my placing the order, the customer service people I contacted were extremely helpful and fast, and the shirts were so nice! Everyone loved them, and the prints were better than expected. Additionally, one of the shirts I received did have the wrong print (it had someone else's face on it), but when I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful with my refund request. I received my refund for that shirt very quickly, and it was very easy. I would definitely recommend this site, and I will be ordering from them again should the occasion arise.

There was an issue with the delivery of my package but after a few emails back and forth they worked with me and resolved the issue. Great customer service and highly recommend!!!

Needed to change shipping and communication was solid and done within 6 hours.

When placing my order I input the incorrect spelling of my email address so didn’t receive my order confirmation email. I spoke to customer services and they rectified this immediately. Couldn’t ask for better service.
