Second custom brick figure we’ve bought, such a great idea for a gift.

Communication with Company both during production and during delivery phase was very easy and responsive. Communication during the delivery phase was important as the initial courier failed to deliver the bubble head This was rectified by reshipment and a different courier used. Very happy with quality of the product and would use these guys again.

I ordered two products. The print on the underwear was fine, but the print of my pet on the socks was horrible. It was so dark that you could barely recognise it - so an unusable product. I emailed customer service and they said it was the best outcome they can proceed without defects with my original photo (which was a normal, bright, already well cut photo). So they said that there are not defective items and I did not get a refund nor a new useable product.

Therefore I would not order there.

Custom order fabricated and delivered as requested, very pleased with end product.

Used this company before and the products are great. Only lost a star because somehow they charged me for a VIP order that I didn't want. I may have missed it but it should be made more obvious. Other than that no problems recommending them.

Elsie was fantastic to deal with. We had a custom shirt with multiple faces made after another company cancelled our order last minute without reason. Elsie was super prompt with her replies and had it sorted straight away. We also had bucket hats made which are brilliant quality and delivery was quick! Will 100% recommend

CONTINUAL COMMUNICATION TO MAKE SURE MY ORDERS WERE CORRECT.

Socks never arrived although the company said that they had. I have cameras everywhere and a gate, so I know they didn't arrive. They ship from China and you can't tell which carrier delivered or get real tracking info. They finally refunded my money in response to negative feedback.

I canceled my order and the staff was able to help me with the process right away. Very happy with their service. Now I'm just waiting on the refund.
