I’ve been feeding my 3 cats this cat food and they use to love it but something must have changed coz they won’t eat it not even a bite
Complete waste of money and now have to change a different brand coz I don’t want them to be hungry and one of my cats is never fussy with food but she won’t eat this so it says a lot

Choppy is my 21 year old cat and she has always been fed on Felix cat food since when she was a puppy. She is a little deaf and does not see as well as before, but apart from that she looks amazing! When I tell her age to people, everyone gets surprised and they all want to know the secret to keeping her well and healthy for so long. In fact, I have often asked myself the same question. I truly believe that good quality cat food and lots of water everyday are the key ingredients to her good health that have allowed me to enjoy her company for so long. Choppy has always been fed on Felix and she loves it too. I just had to leave a review and a big thank you to Felix! I am well aware that Choppy will not live forever, but I am extremely happy to have been able to enjoy her company for these extra few years and hope more people will have the same experience.

Tried all the Felix cat foods and the Felix Doubly Delicious thinking it would be better, and my cats actually hated it. They don't much like any Felix. What do they put in cat food these days, it's not just Felix, that even the feral cats don't eat it, they nibble but I can tell they don't like it, but there's nothing else. I keep trying different foods and none are nice. They only eat ham and chicken now.

My cats just love felix and all varietys but got a free sample of chicken and broad beans today in box and they laped it up . Will definatly buy more of it ..

Although my two cats have eaten felix for many years, in the last couple of months the meaty selection has made both cats unwell, I contacted Purina, they gave a response but did not come up with any answers as to why this could be happening. I've now changed to simpsons cat food, it smells so different, the cats are a bit fussy with it but I've noticed a big change in their health, these cats are 13years old.
With Felix within a minute my cats would be ill, how can that happen? One night they were sick eight times.

My kitten loves it but it makes her itchy. She would start grooming herself randomly when she's in the middle of doing something. I noticed her doing this when I first fed her Felix. When I stopped she was fine but I fed it to her again because it's the only food she wants now but it made her itchy again.

This food made my cats ill. Symptoms include weight loss, thining coat, sickness, diarrhoea, watery eyes, sneezing, drooling, extreme lethargy. 17,000 cat owners in a Facebook group are also having the same issues but Purina are still telling us their food is fantastic. Disgusting way to deal with a serious problem. After one week on different food my babies are recovering. Putting on weight, playing again, alert, affectionate with no snotty nose or runny eyes. No more sickness or diarrhoea. Please do not feed your cats Purina. It's going to kill them slowly!

Could I please let people know this is not Purina, Felix, this is an insurance site so please don’t leave bad reviews if you think it is Purina.

Having fed all my cats on felix for 20yrs I'm now finding myself writing a review I never thought I'd write. My girl after 12 yrs of happily eating Felix agail, suddenly wouldn't touch it, she became lethargic, over grooming, really smelly toilets and hiding away. Coincidentally this coincided with the change of packaging and some ingredient changes. My other girls were both fed on the same food and both passed away "due to unknown causes" one in May 2021, the other in June 2020. I am now seriously wondering if this food was the cause of their deaths. Purina you have some investigation to do. Why are there now 1000s of people and their cats with the same issues?

Since the recipe change the senior food has rubbery pieces if food in it and they have refused to eat. Soo have changed their food to a different brand. I have a seriously sick cat the last few months i wonder if theres a connection. Vomiting.

Since Felix changed the recipe non of my cats or feral cats will eat it. I now have lots of unused food to throw away.

We've been buying felix for our 2 cats for the past 12 years and the used to love it but since you have changed the packaging I've noticed the texture of the food has changed I'm interested to hear if you have in fact changed the recipes as neither of my cat's won't have anything to do with the new packs I'd like to see a response from felix,!

I buy the box of 40 of felix and they are missing 2 packets of food per box. not a happy customer
