I've have been utilizing the Tech Ring for over a year now (since early 2024). Early on I was still having issues with ED. I discovered that a daily heart medication was suspect.

I’ve been using the PR MAX ring for about a year and have been very impressed with how it has helped me maintain an erection.

I’m almost 68 and have been treated twice in twelve years for prostate cancer using hormone and radiation therapy. These medical treatments saved my life, but took their toll on my sexual functioning. Not altogether, but enough to perceive. The MAX PR ring in conjunction with Sildenifil has been a huge help to me and I am grateful!

The company claims it will do this by allowing blood to flow into the penis while restricting its outward flow. The design of this product seems to do just that, and it has worked far better for me than have traditional “penis rings” which now seem to me like sex toy novelty items in comparison to the PR MAX .

It’s definitely given me more confidence in the bedroom and that alone is worth the cost to me. I bought a spare when the company offered them at a discount during Valentine’s Day although the one I’ve been using for a year is still going strong!

The device has been very helpful to me but is not a guarantee. It does its job just fine as long as I don’t allow my thoughts to interfere with my body’s enjoyment of sensual pleasure. Sometimes straying thoughts can interfere with the maintenance of my erection during sex, but that’s my fault, not the PR MAX’s fault.

I bought the Techring and have been using it regularly for over a year now. It is comfortable to wear and it is the only device I have found that tracks your erections while you sleep. The app is very easy to use. The knowledge the Techring provides has really boosted my confidence.

Overpriced and lack of durability makes this a waste of money

Mostly satisfactory. It does the job of measuring erections. But it can sometimes pull the pubic hair. And it takes some time to remove the water inside the sleeves after rinsing.
