Absolutely vile. Booked 2 days in advance to go to turkey for a funeral and theyve pissed us around. Had the nerve to say refund can take 10-12 days. How disgusting. Stuck at the airport and they wont do anything to help!

I was sold some flights through them
One flight got cancelled
Now they won't refund my money or reply to my messages!

She arranged excellent flights and stop over on return.
Her information was the key factor to us booking the holiday.

Avoid at all costs. Impersonate that you ate talking direct to the airline operator. Book you into a third party airline and panic you into paying saying airports are due to close in two days. Their is no seats left on your desired route, as the airline they book you on does not go via that desired route. Ensure elderly care is booked on your ticket. Fraudsters through and through. Once paid have no interest in talking to you. Just keep fobbing you off. Report to trading standards going in.
