I do not recommend this company. they are liars and do not communicate with customers. they only care about their gain. have a commission, asked what was not specified at the beginning. now I'm waiting for the money. from the 19th September I sent them the bank details and they said I will receive the money but it seems they don't even respond to the email I sent.

The worst agency for making a claim for flights refunded. I wait more than 4 months, and they don't pay me money, I've than flights company pay them.

Once the initial application is done then who knows what happens. I applied months ago, 400euro compensation and around 40euro additional damages - train tickets, submitted copies and all.
Finally after long time (I knew it may it take that) they emailed that Wizzair paid and they have 280 to transfer to my account and provide details. 120 is 30% of the amount , so having that in mind what followed was abismal service.
I emailed asking why there is no note about my additional charges were ignored using email they send it , got back something in danish which after translating stated 3-4 days to respond - still no answer nearly a month later; also seperately emailed my bank details - again same responce in danish and no answer ... last chased after two weeks - no answer...
Email is danish ,bank is polish and today STILL no paid I am getting evalute our service without working links in and still not paid...

When I first put my claim in I was skeptical to say the least. Had a reply with in 2 days asking for all the flight y/travel Information and exact reason for claiming. Had another email 2 days later thanking me for the information and that they would be in touch when that had an up date. A few weeks later they came back to me and said they agreed to take the claim on and they would be in touch again when they know what was happening with it. Few months later thay said it had to go to court and would le me know the outcome. Now I know this might sound like a long time but it was about 31 months total before we got an email telling us we would be getting a settlement figure. It was all details in a credit not with exactly how much was won, how would My Flight Refund would be taking in commission and how much I would get... A lot of you may think that's a long time by actually it was nice because I had pretty much forgotten about and just assumed they had not been successful. I would definitely recommend My Flight Refund to anyone that has had problems with airlines.
