Peter was excellent and very helpful in finding me a Buisness class tickets from Dallas taxes to Reykjavik Iceland for my Icelandair Ticket. He was also very patient with me since i gave him the wrong flight dates but he got it corrected within minutes. My go to travel company as i enter in my retirement years.

I was told that Iam allowed to have 2 check in bags before my booking. but Once booking is done, I was told that it was a mistake and promised that I can go with 2 bags and the extra bag fee would be refunded after submission of the receipt. But when checked before my departure , the agent refused to fulfill his promise. Not a professional way of dealing with customers. Disappointed.

Danny, the so-called floor manager, took my money, booked my tickets, and then—after holding onto my cash for a full 2.5 months—abruptly cancelled everything, blaming some mysterious "third-party" that supposedly backed out.
I was left completely stranded, forced to fight my credit card company for months just to claw back my own money while this scam operation pocketed it without shame.
This is not incompetence—this is outright fraud. They are thieves masquerading as a travel agency, deliberately delaying and cancelling to keep your funds as long as possible.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are a criminal fraud company that will steal your money and leave you high and dry. Save yourself the nightmare—do not waste a single second of your time or a dollar of your money on these scammers.

-update:You take my $$, keep it for 2 months and give me a credit note ?? Are you serious??

I generally book direct with airlines. However, business class tickets were coming out quite expensive and I was checking around. I came across My Fly Yatra and spoke to Ms. Gifty-what a pleasant surprise. Changed plans/ flights few times but Ms. Gifty and Kris worked with me pleasantly. I had an excellent experience. I was working with agent Matias. They failed to secure seats the first time but they followed up and got me the same exact seats and price the second time. that was going out of the way and you don't see that much now a days
