Shocking Products & Customer Service â Avoid at All Costs
I regret ordering from My Frame Lab. The experience has been frustrating from start to finish.
My order arrived damaged and incorrect - the frames were visibly dented and poorly constructed, and the passe-partout was cut in the wrong orientation. Despite repeated polite requests, the company only partially addressed the issue and refused responsibility for the damage, blaming the courier. According to EU consumer law, thatâs not how it works - sellers are responsible for goods arriving in acceptable condition.
Customer service was slow, unhelpful and impolite. I had to send tens of emails and make phone calls just to get a response.
The company claims to value positive reviews, but my experience shows little regard for customer satisfaction or basic accountability.
Sadly, I would not recommend this company to others. If youâre looking for quality, reliability, and responsive service, look elsewhere.
