The jumper in so-called 'cashmere like' material looks nothing like the photo, it is smelly, has no labels and is made of some nylon like yarn-it is horrible! My only option was to accept the 30% refund offered to me as the cost of returning it to China would have exceeded what I paid for it! How can I report this company as fraudulent?

I just wish I’d looked at these reviews before I bought.
I as fooled by the fact I could return items, not realising it would be to China. Very poor quality and not what I was expecting. Lesson learnt!

Delivery very slow. Customer service poor. Quality atrocious. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a M. The item appeared to be an XXL. The label was removed. They offered me a refund only if I returned the item to Asia and paid the postage myself. They initially offered me %15 to keep the item, which they upped to %30 when I refused. Worst online purchase I have ever made.

It’s a SCAM I purchased 3 coats and boots for the cost of £160 .
Absolutely disgusting quality of clothing per item (£50) don’t let the fake sale tempt you.

These clothes are made with poor quality cloth no tailoring looks nothing like the picture ,and smelly clothes.

To get a refund you will have to pay for postage and package overseas.

Please save your money and go to a high street brand.

Thought I was ordering boots from a UK company- after 3 weeks and no package its clear that's not the case! None of the email links work to contact the company and they have no website .

It is aposlutly joke. Got pair of shoes nothing like on picture ,they are so poor quality. Customer service offered me 1st 10% then 20% ...then gift voucher 60 % . They are all rubbish. Return address
on package is uk but they want me to send them back to chine with excuses we are sorry but price for sending will be from 20 to 30 euro ...what a pile of 💩. The site is look boots from is nothing like Chinese site if I knew it i would never buy. One word for them 💩. Waist of time waist of money !!!! They don't deserve a thoughts of giving them a star never mind a one . Rubbish

I wish I read all these reviews before...as there is a clear pattern here. The name of the company will mislead you in thinking it is based in the UK and they advertise 30 days return policy so you think...what can go wrong? EVERYTHING. The extremely poor quality of the items you'll receive will make you wanting to return them. But when you try they will initially offer you a 15%, then a 30% as long as you do not send the items back...discouraging you to do so in every possible way, saying that it might be months before the item actually reaches the warehouse in China and that you will end up paying a lot to send it back. Well...I am paying to send it back...and if nothing happens I will report the scam to mastercard. STAY AWAY!

Do not buy from this company: goods imported from China veiled by first class Royal Mail postage. Material exceptionally cheap and nasty. Return policy non existent unless you post to China.

Wanted to give no stars but wouldnt let me write review without a selection. Black velvet dress nothing like photographs , poor quality fabric exceptionally long . No good no way to return or complain. Dont use .

Absolutely awful, thin, poor quality, very poor communication, tracking didn't work. Do not waste your money. £36 for something that has gone straight in the bin. AVOID, AVOID

If I could give a minus rating i would! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT BASED IN LONDON AND SEND SUBSTANDARD ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN ANY WAY THE ONE YOU THINK YOU'VE BOUGHT. THEN DEMAND YOU RETURN AT YOUR OWN COST TO ASIA!!! total scam!!!

Do not use this company - their products are nothing like advertised in quality and looks. Returning them is a long winded process. They mis-lead you into thinking they are a company based in the UK - it's not!

Like everyone else on here, wish I’d read the reviews first!! False advertising, the boots pictured and what I received are clearly not the same. I too thought I was ordering from a UK company. The image of the boots were of a tan brown, slightly distressed leather, classy looking pair of boots. What I received was an orangey, cheap leather look material, nothing like the image portrayed. Would they ever have been worth £90 - absolutely not, were they worth the advertised “half price” no way!! - would I pay £20 for them out of Primark - maybe. I will be requesting either a refund or heavy discounted. Not happy 😡

As many others I feel cheated by this Company as they claim to be London based and when you want to return your item they offer you either discount or shipping to Asia at your own cost! this is not mentioned on their return policy….they mislead people and should be reported to the authorities….

Like many people before me, I ordered a jumper two times extra large. When it finally arrived weeks later, it was more like an extra small! The company said the same to me, offering 20% back and keep the item, or 60% of the price on a credit nite or send back to Asia at my expense which would have been three quarters of the purchase price. After many emails back and forth they stuck to their guns saying they sent the right size! I sent photos of the cardigan showing measurements and proving that the size was not what I ordered and they still refused to give me a refund. I have taken this matter up with the fraud department of my bank.I only did this today so here’s hoping the fraudulent company’s bank which is in Stockholm (another clue confirming they are a dodgy company) will return my money. My bank have been great! We shall see what happens! Do not buy from this company !!!!!!!!! They are not in London as they purportedly say they are!

Goods nothing like described. Cheap, nasty, not leather as described. Just awful. It’s a scam. From china not London as the website states.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I also thought I was ordering from Europe rather than China. A jumper I ordered in XL- looks big and baggy in photos- was more like XS and upon querying how I could return for refund I was offered 15% discount and keeping the item. I said it's not's what advertised and I would like a full refund they said "return to China at own cost", which upon research would have been almost as much as the cost of the item. In the end they offered me 30% refund which is ridiculous (I did receive it)! YOU ARE TAKING A RISK ORDERING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
