They are scammers.
Please do not trust or engage with this company. They refused to issue my funded account even after I successfully completed Phase 1 and Phase 2, following all rules and without any violations.
They claimed my trading pattern exceeded acceptable risk. When I tried to contact customer support to refund my fee, they refused and were very rude.
I plan to share screenshots and my experience on social media to warn others.

Hi, sorry to hear this. Phase 2 is issued after our system completes the eligibility/risk checks, and in some cases it can take longer than 24 hours depending on review volume. If Phase 2 wasn’t granted, it means the account didn’t meet our risk/trading standards during the review. We don’t use hidden rules, and we can explain the exact reason. Title: Concerning Lack of Transparency and Professionalism
My recent interaction with an organization identifying itself as My Funded Capital raised significant concerns regarding transparency and business conduct.
The company advertises on social media with the message that its services are entirely “free.” However, shortly after submitting my contact information, I received a call from a representative who did not provide a verifiable full name and stated they did not maintain a LinkedIn profile. The representatives spoke English with an Eastern European accent, but offered no credentials or means of identity confirmation.
When I expressed that I was not interested, I continued to receive repeated calls from multiple different phone numbers, which I found intrusive and unprofessional.
During one conversation, I was informed that participation required a €250 setup fee, described as the minimum amount needed to proceed. This request directly contradicted the company’s promotional messaging that implied no upfront cost.
I also attempted to verify the company’s stated address—Rue de la Corraterie 5, Genève, 1204 Satellite Office AG, Switzerland—but could not identify any indication of My Funded Capital at this location through Google Maps or Street View.
Furthermore, the follow-up email I received originated from a generic “customer-support” address with no company name, and the phone number provided led only to a voicemail system that did not identify the organization.
Taken together, these factors created a highly concerning impression of the company’s legitimacy and operational transparency. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential clients to exercise caution before engaging with this organization or sharing personal or financial information.

What you described does not match how MyFundedCapital operates and strongly suggests you may have been contacted by a third party impersonating our brand.
A few clarifications for transparency:
• We do not run “free” funded services, and we do not request a “setup fee” by phone. All program pricing is published in USD and purchases are completed only through our official website checkout.
• We do not conduct aggressive outbound calling from multiple numbers. Our official communications are limited to our website/trader dashboard and the official support channels listed on our domain.
• We are not based in Switzerland and do not operate from the address mentioned in your review.
• Identity verification (when applicable) is handled via SumSub during the funded onboarding process, we do not collect documents over the phone or via unknown emails.
We take impersonation attempts seriously. Please contact us via the support form / live chat on our official website and share any details you still have (phone numbers used, email addresses, screenshots, timestamps). We will investigate and take the appropriate steps to report and block the source.

Big scam
Big scam. Got a phone call from a guy called Andrews to explain the concept. After a while I said I was not interested. Then he/they called again probably 10-20-30 times from different danish numbers as I blocked one after another. It's evident that a company that runs a normal business would not do this.

What you describe matches an impersonation attempt. Please treat it as fraud and block/report the numbers. Our legitimate communication is only via email from our domain or through the support portal on our website — never random phone calls. We’re already filing abuse reports against impersonators.

Extremely aggressive cold-calling – keeps calling from different numbers after I said no
I was contacted about their trading/investment service.
After doing my own research (terms, setup and public reviews), I clearly told them that I do not want to use this service.
Since then (11 November) I have received around 20–25 calls within about one day, always from different phone numbers (including foreign numbers).
Every time I say, very clearly, that they must stop calling me, yet the same person keeps calling again from new numbers.
This feels like extremely aggressive telephone marketing and harassment, which is not acceptable – and in Germany this kind of behaviour is not even allowed.
I now have to constantly block new numbers, which is exhausting and intrusive.
Any company that ignores a clear “no” and continues to pressure people like this is not trustworthy in my opinion.
I will report this behaviour to the relevant authorities.

We’ve seen a recent wave of third parties impersonating our brand. Please treat any unsolicited call as fraud and block it. Our legitimate communications happen by email from our domain or through the support portal on our website, and never from random phone numbers. While we can’t control external dialers, we continuously report impersonation to carriers and platforms.

Fraude!!
I wanted to know exactly what the product entailed. I received an explanation that lasted about an hour and a half. The caller kept pressing me as to why I didn't want to sign up right away. I had my doubts, so I told them I didn't want to. I hung up. For the next few days, I was harassed repeatedly. It was different people calling from different phone numbers each time. Once, I answered and said I was in a meeting. The person on the other end kept harping on me. I hung up anyway. This kind of aggressive sales makes me feel like this is a fraudulent organization.
They keep calling me; evertime using others telephonenumbers. I've asked them to stop calling, because I'm not interested. But they won't stop. Maybe use MyFundedCapital to rent from an aggressive call center. But it's getting pretty annoying.
