It’s been an hour and this is not the first or second time it’s the third time I try to give this site a chance and they always let me down
I purchased 2 gift cards ITUNES and PLAYSTATION to download games for my kids
Now I gotta deal with 2 issues
1 the kids are bored and I wanted to rest
2 having to come here and write this to get some attention from this site because clearly the employees are lazy

Don't expect them to deliver promptly

I did not give 1 star because I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that my issue will be resolved and it wasn't a common practice. I purchased an Amazon gift card. Paid for it. Received a thank you note. Then received the supposed "CODE" .
Well the code doesn't work. I contacted Amazon. They told me that the code has too many digits. It's invalid. How would I get a code that has too many digits? How are the cards generated? They received my payment right away for the card, on top of charging processing fees. But they take their time to deliver the goods. After reading many reviews on here. I am feeling nervous about doing business with this company. I will update later when I have spoken to them.

Very poor on,line connection

Extrem schlechte online Verbindung. Email-Adrfesse kann nicht korrigiert werden, man kommt immer wieder zu einer alten Stelle zurÌck...Es steht nicht, dass auch ein anderer EmpfÀnger (vertrauensvoll!) den Code redeemen kann. Ich kam nicht einmal in die Mac app rein!
So: I could correct my email address, I continued to turn back to previous Items. There is no indication that anotherperson can redeem the card.
It is not possible to enter Mac.

I purchased a Steam card for MX$600

I purchased a Steam card for MX$600, equivalent to US$47.00 including service fees.
Despite being asked to upload an ID, the order is stuck "in process" and just goes through a loop with no progress. Because of this, I contacted customer service, and they only stated the following:
"I'm sorry to have checked again and noticed that the order is still in process because we ran out of stock of that item. I apologize for the inconvenience; this doesn't usually happen. We are already expecting more stock, which should arrive soon, and we expect to complete your order in a couple of hours.
If you prefer, we can cancel the order and refund you. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."
Therefore, I requested the cancellation and refund, and since that last email, they haven't contacted me again, which is a complete scam.
I suggest never using this website to buy what they sell, if you don't want to get ripped off.

While there was a temporary delay due to a brief stock shortage—for which we sincerely apologize—the digital Steam card was successfully delivered to your account shortly after our customer service team contacted you.

Because digital gift cards cannot be deactivated or resold once the digital code has been viewed or accessed by the customer, they are non-refundable under our store policy. Our records indicate that the code was opened and accessed upon delivery, which is why we were unable to process the cancellation and refund you requested.

We are glad the card was delivered, and we hope you are still able to enjoy it. If you have any further questions or need help with the code itself, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly.
