This company has a variety of wigs Not Much Else To Say

This company has a variety of wigs and great choice of colors! Most of the time I can get the lowest price for a high end wig! Only hindrance to more purchases is their return policy- 2 returns within 120 day time frame.

Great customer service! Great turnaround time! Great response time when updating a change in delivery of product and availability.

It’s perfect!!

It came much quicker than expected and with some extra goodies and a sweet note attached. I already had this same wig but needed to replace it as it was getting frayed. It was perfect and half the price of what I previously paid in a retail store! Thank you!

I got exactly what I ordered in perfect condition and in a reasonable amount of time. Price was the best I found and I looked at 5 different wig vendors who had the color I wanted

The website is easy to navigate and the prices can’t be beat!
I haven’t had the need to chat with customer service.
My only want is a better, larger picture of the shades.

80 year old finds a wig!

I am 80 yrs old. I have had MANY wigs and was moderately satisfied with mail ordering. But recently decided to pack up the brown wigs (I hair turned WHITE when I was 20); but after a serious illness I lost most hair on crown. Gave up on dye jobs and brown wigs about 2 yrs ago. Decided to go with WHITE. Unfortunately not easy to find short white wigs in my styles. MYHAIRMAIL offered what I had hoped to find before my life was over. Not only did I get the wig, color, price and style (that did not make me look like I came from a beauty salon with blue hair!) The help from your company, ease in ordering and fast delivery was terrific. I LOVE my new wig! Just hoping I still have some time left to find another short or pixie wig similar to my last purchase and reasonable price. I know I will be wearing out my wig quickly. Keep up the great job you are doing. So many other wig companies do NOT care about good products and service. Just hoping I will find more wigs that meet my criteria. Unfortunately I am not needing the beautiful long wigs that the young women are after. Keep up the good work and helping this old lady get a nice wig!

Impressed with customer service

Love the large assortment of styles and the competitive pricing. Unfortunately I received a wig that was manufactured defectively and I had to return for credit. I was impressed by the customer service team who personally helped with my concerns and also took the time to explain how this type of problem may occasionally occur. Waiting to see how rapidly my credit will be issued.
