I cannot recommend Elli Wright at My Health Pal enough. I recently got Health insurance for myself and my son. I had been with BUPA for around 24 years and the only option they gave me was a new policy, losing my medical history. Elli let me know about a continuation/switch policy, which I never knew you could get and we agreed a price. Apart from the fact that my new policy is better and covers everything, it also saves me rather a lot of money. The whole experience was very professional and super informative. At no point did I feel pressurised. Thank you so much. Amazing customer service.
