I have been with My Home Staff for many years, they are an exceptional agency who really cares! The whole team are incredibly professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this agency to take care of you whether you are looking for a new member of staff or you are looking for a new job.

I had such a lovely experience with My Home Staff. The whole team was really kind, helpful, and professional. They quickly found me a great job that suits me perfectly and always made me feel supported throughout the process. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. I’m very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a job!

I interviewed, trialed and agreed to go ahead with the first person they showed me. The agreed start date was delayed by a month but I decided to wait as I liked the lady.

They asked for the commission prior to her starting a day before she was due to start I was told that she is continuing with her employers and no longer available. They are now refusing to return their commission payment of £8,100 for services that were never rendered.

Be careful when paying any commission to them.

I applied for 4 jobs over 2 months period no one ever responded . Via gumtree or the email their provided . I am not even sure if these agency is a real agency but what they do the best is ignore people

I would like to say that homestaff agency is one of the best agency I came across, thumbs up to Daisy👍♥️she is very nice, kindhearted human being, very helpful so willing to listen your side and not pushing you if you are not comfortable with the client. She understand how you feel and encourage you to be an excellent employee. I feel happy to talk and shares my experiences good or bad to Daisy.
