This makeup DOES NOT do any of the things advertised. Complete waste of money!

This company is a TOTAL fraud! They charged my account for 2 fradulent charges that I never authorized through my paypal account. I've reported them to Paypal and the Better Business Bureau. They should be in jail-such crooks!!

Scam... they keep charging a subscription fee even when canceled.

I never subscribed to this app and no one answers the phone given, it immediately cuts off. So how do you CANCEL something . Also when trying to get a response, now I seem to be subscribed to” Trustpilot” It seems to be unending SCAMS. People beware

Total scam! I too was charged without authorization of 29.99 from my checking account. I have yet received the makeup I ordered. Since this order I’ve received many bogus charge notifications to click here of it is me and I delete immediately. I think it’s all connected, why don’t these people get real jobs?

I believe this co. is totally a scam. I ordered makeup that was$13.96 that I never received. Then 2 weeks after my account was charged, another fee was deducted by them of $29.99. It was set up to occur monthly and without my authorization. Thankfully I am a bank manager and able to recoup my money. The first charge was by Willow and Pine. The monthly fee was to Honey and Pine. Sketchy! UPDATE!!! 03/28/25. A new charge just posted to my checking acct. in the amount $408.87, again not authorized. And they were able to do this even though I have a completely different debit card number. So tomorrow I will be meeting with a Youngstown Detective and hopelly this shady company will be held accountable.

I ordered 3 translators. My order did not arrive on time so I went on my trip without it. When I got back home, I had received the product and found out that the product doesn't work at all and it's worth the money. When I called customer service, all the representatives kept saying the same thing, sounding like robots and that they could only give me 50% back because they aren't able to reach their manager.

Never received order and now the website is unable to get too. Ordered months ago!! TOTAL SCAM!!! BEWARE!!! tried to get to get in touch with him over the phone and all i get is a answering machine and never a response back order one item and finally got it then order item a month ago and never got it or any info on it the i was charged again so i went to my bank to get them to investigate so i can get my money back so hopefully i get it all back so as a waning do not buy anything from this place if you do you will get scammed i thought this was a legit place but i was wrong.When called customer service regarding the order i saw the bad reviews after i made the new purchase and after i did i should have not bought the item i thought the company was legit but i was wrong and item was not it's way. TOTAL LIE!!! Dont ever buy from this company

This company also goes by the name of Honey Essence. DO NOT BUY! They have ripped me off of more than $60 dollars so far. Closed bank account. These crooks are Chinese and not American.

When confronted customer service regarding the bad reviews, I was told via email that the company was legit and item was on it's way. TOTAL LIE!!!

I finally received my product, I received the wrong shade of the makeup. I gave the makeup to a friend. I emailed them and told them I did not sign up for a membership and l have nothing to do with them, this is a scam company, people beware.

$13.96 came out of my account as soon as order was placed. Product did come weeks after ordering. Before receiving the product, I have had 2 charges of $29.99 come out of my account, I was able to speak to someone who says it is a membership fee. I did not sign up for a membership. She then informed me they could not send me back my money but could offer a discount on future product! like no way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Would like to give them negative stars but that option isn’t available. They took the money for my order immediately but didn’t deliver for months. Also made a fraudulent debit from my account. Never ever again. Be warned.

They don't even seem to have a legit site. The items' location.company's location seem to be in the US, however, when you track with the tracking #, you see the item is being shipped from China... However, when you make the first purchase, you already have the credit card info sold, and will be charged by another company. And these payments are not small amounts. Avoid buying anything from any of these stores.

I placed my order before Christmas. $29.00 and I still have not gotten what I ordered..I've sent these BUMS at least 20 emails they responded to one saying sorry it's taking so long for my order even sent me a tracking# an for 3 weeks it still supposedly in China customs..I've requested a refund several times I've contacted my lawyer an BBB an I hope these scum bags get shut down an b ordered 2 pay everyone they scammed back..they need 2 get off their scummy ass an get a actual job instead of ripping hard working people like myself off...

The ad suggested that Spanish people talk crap behind your back and don't you want to know what they're saying. So..... get their "gimmick" to translate, I guess. Pretty crappy thing to say. OH.... and worthless!

Never received my product...also withdrew an additional unauthorized money from my account! Emailed them 4 times...phoned them 4 times...states located in NC but phone # is NY. Scam company!

This company is a scam...my bank had to get my money back I emailed them several times with no response... it's a scam people they take money out of your account with no authorization

SCAM - do not order from them - they will continue to charge your bank account and deliver nothing
