website cant be accessed and no reply for emais..they r bouncing back..felt cheated

I can't access the site ,I have tried my improved self, the course library.
My emails keep on coming back without any help.I have been trying for the last few days.

They are cheater

I was looking for individual masterclasses as the subscription model that masterclass offers wasn't suitable to me. My improved self is a hassle free way of picking up individual titles - I found the entire buying experience pretty smooth and easy. Will probably use them again!

Never replied to emails.
Have tried to login in but can't. Then when I press set password, it won't do it.
so I now can't access the courses I've downloaded!
