I ordered a necklace with my word of the year on it. ACCEPt.
Nice quality. Nice printing.
BUT the other side has their advertising on It and the necklace flips around 50% of the time.
I did not want to pay $41 to wear their advertising. When I got ahold of them they said they do not do refunds.
Be aware that you are paying for them to advertise.

Would make more sense and be easier to use if the part where you positioned the stamp wasn't round! Literally the back side is flat for no reason. Why didn't they just turn it around? When you try and hold the stamps in place they move around.

We received our kit, but when trying to stamp our word on the token the stamp does not fit on the token. The letter is off the edge because of center point you put the token over, you can not get the stamp close enough.

Take your advertising off of the coins. Maybe this is fine for kids raising money for a school function or team but for someone trying to start a small custom jewelry store, it's terrible. Very bad form and had I known before I ordered, I would've chosen another company. The metal stamps themselves are okay. The hammer is cheap as are the rest of the materials. I'm having to order a whole other kit after spending $200.
Until they remove their logo from the back and offer white branding, I cannot recommend.

Quality is what you pay for, don't expect high-end look. But what I am unhappy about - is the fact that they engrave the other side of the "coin" with their personal ad, massive letters. I am not your advertiser, guys... The coin flips so 50% of the time you will be showing off "Myintent.org" Not cool...

I love the idea of the intent bracelet, but choose your item carefully. My word was imprinted on the metal in a size that allows the bracelet ties to obscure a portion of the word. It’s not the end of the world, I suppose, but I had hoped to see my word clearly. My word was 7 characters long.

After 2 weeks of wear, the metal tarnished. I was told that is because I ordered brass. Tarnishing will not happen with the other finishes.

Their customer service was a bit rocky at the beginning, but ultimately it was superb because they used my issue as a learning tool to teach customer service reps a better way. That is by definition a customer service oriented company; one that cares about their customers and growth.

I received my order and my bracelet is defective and there was an item missing. I have contacted them via email, facebook, private message (there's no phone number) and have not received any response.

UPDATE: I did finally get a response and a replacement bracelet and the missing item.

Super slow shipping and looks like it was made by a child!!! Horrible!!!

Then the company replies on here trying to make it look like I’m just a tool and everything was my fault know it took me almost a month to get my bracelet there was no communication I asked several times once I got that piece of crap that look like a three old made it to get my money back and I got no responses and then maybe three weeks after that everybody started responding after I left this review I’m leaving this review of your company, y’all are horrible and quit trying to throw shade on me and making me look like I’m some kind of crazy person never in my life nor anybody I know will shop at your company again I promise you that !!!! A crappy little company. Buyer beware!!

It is nice to know that this company cares. I am grateful that my order was replaced and shipped in 2 days time.I am excited to start making bracelets! Thank you for taking the time to fix my issue! You guys rock!

I had a little problem getting the package atfirst, because of the USPS, but after calling, talking to Alexa, she got it all taken care of. Not only did they immediately send me out what I ordered the first time, the post office finally sent the original package, and I was told to keep it for the inconvenience. Thank you intent for handling the situation and getting it to me before Christmas!!

Love using the deck of question cards for conversation starters with my loved ones. I recently used it for a date night with my husband and we had a great time sharing our latest goals and also reminiscing on stories from our past. Received the cards quickly and the quality is great.

Initially, the package that arrived was not in the best condition and after emailing the Company, the customer service was very slow. The second package did not contain all of the missing contents, which was pretty disappointing.

However, after notifying the Company that the second package did not fulfill the order and expressing my disappointment that the order would not be filled prior to giving the present to my niece on Christmas, the missing stamp was sent over night and arrived on Christmas Eve. The Company later reached out to offer some freebies for the inconvenience, which was nice after my first interaction with the customer service only offered an apology after numerous emails back and forth.

Overall, my niece was very excited and started using it within the hour and the concept is great. The Company is small and has some room for improvement but overall the product is great and I am pleased with the latter interaction with customer service, hence the upgraded rating from a 1 star to 4 stars.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with MyIntent. I have ordered a maker kit and refills many times and use them as gifts for all my family and friends.

It's crazy to see any negative reviews as they have been an incredible product and service over the last few years. I see a lot of reviews with late shipping, and sure, things might be delayed, but thats what 2020 has been! Delayed shipping happens but when you receive this maker kit you will be IN LOVE. No matter how late it comes!

We are making bracelets as a stocking stuffer and its a small gift but wow, is it a big impact! I love having the discussion on their word but mostly I loved picking words for them (what I think about them) and its been such a positive and empowering experience!

I started with a bracelet, and have since returned to purchase Question Cards, the Maker Kit, and many refills. My friends and family are so genuinely excited to receive such thoughtful gifts that keep them encouraged and motivated toward their goals. Customer service is great and their products are very high quality.

I've been a MyIntent customer for years, buying products for myself and for others. The bracelets and the idea behind them is simple but impactful. Of the several dozen bracelets I've purchased, I've had maybe one or two quality issues which the company addressed promptly with replacements.

I ordered my kit in early November with the promise of getting my kit prior to Thanksgiving as I planned a family activity. Never showed up. Sent a couple of emails & was told that they were trying to track it down. Then was told that it would arrive tonight by 9pm! Just checked to see where it was & surprise It’s no where to be found! Totally & utterly disappointed! Same thing happened with the necklace I ordered except that it did show up today. Not 5 days but weeks later. Asked for a full refund of my expensive kit so will see what will happen. At this point they are not what I expected a company of “integrity” would be about! :(

I first saw MYINTENT on a morning television show. It was so plain and classic that I was intrigued. I next saw a bracelet on someone’s arm on a magazine cover. I bought a kit. That was over 3 years ago. In 2020, COVID 19 hit and I was trying to build myself, my brand, and handle my emotions about what was going on in the world around me. One morning, I participated in the Inner Warrior Training that was held, FOR FREE, by My Intent. The training was amazing but the follow up and support that I received from the company was phenomenal. Several members of the My Intent team reached out to me and enabled me to express my gratitude to people who were keeping my corner of the world functioning during the pandemic. They sent me bracelets. I used those bracelets to teach my 14 year old about spreading love and showing support. We gave them to grocery store employees, gas station attendants, and mail carriers. I am a Nurse Practitioner and my husband is a hospital supply tech. We gave them to employees at the hospital he works at. I gave them to the staff at the medical office where I work. We gave them to Missionaries and educators. As a result of the genuine caring of the My Intent team, I was empowered to show my true self with a token of gratitude to some people who impact my life and the lives of others. It warms my heart to see the bracelets I gave away on the wrists of the people I gave them too.
I have ordered from My Intent many times for my personal use as a wearer and as a maker. The transactions were easy and seamless. I will continue to participate in the offerings of My Intent, purchase their products, and stamp away! Thank you!

I brought a kit for my 4th-grade class as a team-building activity, and it was a huge hit! Since my school all go online now due to pandemic, it's extremely challenging to pull students together. I started this "what's our word" activity with my students and chose a word as our group motto for this difficult year. Kids love this activity and picked "rainbow" as our word because they want to remind themselves that this virtual education experience is just temporary. They will soon see each other again.

After our class deciding the word, my husband and I used the MyIntnet tool kit to make a bunch of bracelets with the word "rainbow" on it and hosted a drive-thru event for my students to pick up. Now my students wear the bracelet every day, and I even created a virtual rainbow background. I feel it's very cheerful and empowering. It's definitely a great team-building kit for 2020.

MyIntent is a powerful and empowering project! It is designed to help people discover the word(s) that would give them motivation, direction, comfort, and inspiration! The founders of the project have made it very easy for "makers" to participate by stamping tokens and turning them into unique jewelry. The quality of the supplies and kits is outstanding and ensures that the integrity of the project is not compromised. The investment in the tools and tokens is offset by the rewards the maker receives when the token is gifted and the response is emotional and real. This is a fantastic company which cares about making the world a better place!
