Buyers Beware! If you want to cancel subscription they don’t have a cancellation section you must email them and I have been emailing them weeks to stop they haven’t and just charged me again. I’m dealing with them through my bank now to force a stop because they won’t. Definitely don’t follow Islamic rules only money hungry.

Still trying to cancel my subscription but haven't heard back from "Management". It hurts to say when they claim to be an Islamic brand and their tactics are like this. They already charged me for my order even though I told them to not to and haven't heard back still. Only option left is to cancel my card and contact the credit card company and dispute the transaction, which is a hassle in itself! Wow what absurd business model they have..horrible. May Allah guide them.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I accidentally signed up for the supplements monthly subscription. I emailed them to cancel, they “referred” me on to management but I never got a reply back.

I love the product!!

I placed Order #6939 on May 30, 2026. The product did not arrive until today, more than three weeks later. During that time, the tracking continued to show that it “was expected by June 12.”

When I contacted My Islam Store customer service, I was told the package was coming from overseas and was delayed due to customs. However, when the product finally arrived, it came from Illinois, not from overseas. That was confusing and frustrating because the explanation I received did not match the final delivery information. When I ordered, I had no idea they ship their products from overseas and their products have to go through customs.

I also asked to cancel my subscription before receiving even the first order. I was then told there was a “14-day notice” cancellation policy, but I could not find that policy clearly disclosed in the Terms & Conditions I reviewed. I asked them to direct me to the policy and to confirm cancellation. They responded that the cancellation request had been forwarded to management. As of now, I still have not received confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled or that no second order will be charged or shipped. They never got back to me. Please be advised that their website and the Shop App do not allow anyone to cancel subscriptions on their own.

Overall, my experience was poor: delayed delivery, unclear tracking, inconsistent shipping information, and an unnecessarily difficult cancellation process. I would not recommend subscribing unless the company clearly confirms its cancellation terms upfront and improves customer service responsiveness.

This company is AWFUL -- first, my original tracking label indicated that the product is shipped from China.
Second, it never arrived. I have been going back and forth with them now since May 24. This is the exchange since May:
I have not received my package.
Let us check - it shows it was delivered.
I never received my items - I checked my security tape and it was never delivered.
Let us check the local dispatcher.
Never got back to me.
I reach out again.
They tell me it was never lost and delivered and will not issue me a refund.
The WORST customer service - have been stringing me along for weeks. I wish I had read the other reviews on Shop before purchasing from here

I'm really happy with the items I ordered at myislam.store! The quality was awesome!! The shipping goes a little long, thats the only issue I have to not give 5 stars.

Ordered a prayer mat didn’t receive it did say delivered but wasn’t tried contacting the company they said get in touch with delivery company but they didn’t get back to me also wouldn’t refund me.

My husband loved his rug that I got him . Ma sha Allah it’s soft and very easy to pray on . I wish the placement upon ordering is a bit easier to read his name under up being on the side of the rug which is perfect than my original plan Allahu Akbar .

Don’t buy from this website. They are scammers. I’ve ordered three praymats and three jilbabs on February 11th. total it cost 300 euros. Today is Mai 25th, and I didn’t receive anything. This is a huge scam. They also use fake good reviews on here. Ignore the good reviews you see here. They are also fake. There are so many people complaining about the website. Almost all of them say they don’t receive their order once they pay. DON’t BUY FROM my.Islam.store !!!!!!!!
