Very easy to set up and a really great experience.

generally a positive experience. site looks professional and clean, and it was easy to work with. when i had a question, they got back to me quickly and helpfully

critiques:
- several guests had trouble uploading pictures; the tribute would post but the picture would not. re-posting succeeded.
- the privacy settings of the event and the memorial do not quite line up
- more control over the positioning of custom banner/profile images would be nice

Rian was fantastic. She was extremely patient and kind. I just couldn't handle all the stuff that needed to be done. I was in a fog and we made a lot of last minute changes. But Rian and Keeper did an excellent job and the service really helped us all get closure.

We had a small funeral for my grandmother last year. It had to be small because of covid. Many family and friends couldn't attend. So I wanted to have a celebration of life for her 1 year after her death. I checked out a few different companies but went with Keeper because they seemed the most put together. They were great! It was a professional service and it was really meaningful.

My uncle passed away a few weeks ago and we decided to have a virtual service as part of the overall live funeral. We're finally allowed some activities here in Canada but we have family in BC who couldn't make it. Keeper made everything really easy. There was a lot more moving parts than I thought on the virtual side of things and they handled everything. The service was beautiful and my family in BC were happy they could attend virtually. The best part was the legacy activity. It really brought us all together and it was like a mini reunion while doing something that my uncle loved.

This is a wonderful and fairly intuitive site to leave memories for a loved one!

More information needs provided in FAQs (given limited support options). For example, I spent several days trying to figure out why my father's obituary wouldn't load (word count/character count was within acceptable limits, etc.). Several days and request for support later - I now understand emojis (smiling face) aren't compatible.

Would also like to have an option to put Celebration of Life info. The current option is for a funeral home with a geo tag to a grave site. When your loved one chooses cremation and a Celebration of Life - the options for communicating this are limited.

Some good features. No music (they explained that it was because of copyright issues). I wonder how the other websites do it. You also cannot edit a tribute. You'll have to delete it and repost. Many people are not that patient. The characters are limited, too, so long messages are truncated. That said, there are some cool features like the "Keeper" and "Family." I have started building my own memorial to control the narrative. The other appealing feature of this website is that you can create many memorials. I don't know the limit yet.

With Keeper Memorials was very easy to set up a memorial website to remember my Aunt's life. I opted for the premium version so that we could add as many photos, videos etc as we liked. I enjoyed setting it up - the site is very user friendly, and other friends and relatives have been able to make contributions and upload photographs too. Those who have visited our memorial have been very pleased and moved by all the lovely recollections. I chose Keeper Memorials as they had good reviews and also are a Canadian site. Although I live in the UK - many contributors have been from Canada where my aunt lived.

At first I was unable to login to the app on my iphone but it began to function as excepted after not too long. I am very happy this works and exists

This company is exceptional. Not only does their site convey a modern elegance, their customer service is top notch. Jessica and Rian are particularly good at providing detailed information, and personalized service. They are able to manage the family's mourning, while creating a quality and personal feel to the websites and event management opportunities the company offers. It has been a collaborative process from start to finish and my family and I will be forever grateful.

The support team went out of their way to assist me with a special request, even though they were under no obligation to do so. This level of personalised service is hard - if not impossible - to come by, and should be treasured and nurtured. Well done, and thank you.

Our family recently benefited from Keeper’s services. Their online Memorials and Tributes are professional and a great way to safely celebrate and share a loved one's legacy while maintaining social distancing.

Our celebration was conducted in 3 languages and our guests of all ages were pleased and amazed how Keeper delivered the entire ceremony with ease while everybody enjoyed from the comfort of their home. What a wonderful experience! With the online help of the Keeper Support Assistant, I was able to download our Zoom video memorial with no problem. I had no clue what I was doing and the Keeper Support Assistant walked me through downloading from Zoom (sent a youtube video) and uploading to Mykeeper step by step. They also showed me how to upload the obituary which I could not figure out on my own! Thank you for making this experience stress free!! Blessings to you all!!
