I was able to choose photo and banner theme. Banner theme selections are really nice. i was looking at another website at the same time and they had a ton of distracting ads and i couldn't customize the page.

I love how this site shares posts, pictures, and allows visitors of your keeper site to write posts as well.

My family and I wrote my father's obituary, shared the site link with the newspaper obituary and we had some special visitors sharing memories on our keeper. We then made funeral thank you gifts with mykeeper QR on the item so many more people can visit and remember our wonderful Dad.

There are a few more features I would add to this site if I could, but overall it was a great way to honor my father.

Jessica went above what a tech support individual usually does. She did not stop untill my issues were resolved.

No phone support. I"m 67 years old, and not stupid. I even have a music website that I run. But it's confusing with being the main person. I was trying to prepare it for my son in case I pass away. I worked with another friend of mine and we both had a hard time. I bought the paid version but when you said unlimited photo capability, I assumed it would support different folders for the different subjects of my pictures. Is there any way to do that?

It is not clear to users whether they are posting a comment on someone else’s tribute or posting a new tribute. Also, many users have been frustrated about having trouble posting a tribute when the issue ends up being an emoji in their text that cannot be posted

The site is very user friendly, and being able to post unlimited pictures and videos is also a bonus. But I wish that there was an opportunity to add customizable pages, such as friends for the loved one, or places that the loved one traveled, or a map of where they lived. Having more options to add more information and more material would definitely make this site the most preferable of all memorial sites.

The customer service has been great, but I have had problems getting the app to work for relatives wishing to use it, and likewise with the photos and captioning on both the website and the app.

I really do not like the Trustpilot intrusion, so I need to change that connection.

Keeper makes it easy to make a memorial site where people can share the memories of the person who passed away.

I wish there is an area where the keeper can put an announcement. I wish there is a way to reach out people who didn't leave their email address but did leave phone numbers.

Another issue I realize is that there is no way to moderate the postings and comments. There were toxic comments posted and I could only delete them after the fact. In the long run, I am afraid there would be spam postings too. There is no view-only mode either, as far as I can tell. It's either any user can view and contribute, or cannot view or contribute. There is no viewable but not writeable mode.

I loved how people can share memories in words and imagines.

Excellent customer service, but the UI/UX of your software is in need of a serious update. You need a way to distinguish RSVP for virtual vs. in-person. Without that, having RSVP for a hybrid event is useless and confusing. Also it's not clear to site visitors how to leave comments. Most comments came as replies to other unrelated comments, so I could not easily respond to people individually. There were many more issues related to ease of use, but these are the ones that jumped out. It was a useful service given my short time period and again the excellent customer service, but I could not recommend this until you do a major facelift for both look/feel and more importantly, functionality.
