A great way to preserve a memorial
I did a lot of research on different memorial sites and mykeeper ticked all the boxes. I started with the free and upgraded once I was confident it would work for my needs. It was simple to create and allowed others to post memories and photos. I will also be taking advantage of the geotag feature at a later time. The addition of music was the only thing missing.

Upgrade not worth it.
The upgraded version was unhelpful and did not allow for customization. Looked tacky and also would not allow to disable certain features that gave away too much personal info.

Keeper allows for a nicely presentedâŠ
Keeper allows for a nicely presented obituary and tribute page. Easy to send information out via multiple platforms. Good plug & play artwork and uploading for changes to layout. RVSP system is nice but was confusing for some of older generation even when sending via eMail.
Overall one of the better presentation I found online and got lots of compliments from friends and family.

Beautiful Virtual Memorial
My family recently held a virtual memorial for my sister using Keeper Memorials as the provider. We chose to go totally virtual to avoid a large gathering during the pandemic and to allow our out-of-state friends and relatives to attend without traveling. The whole process, from the initial consultation to the memorial itself, was handled beautifully by the keeper team and particularly by our facilitator, Rian. We provided the content and she ensured that it all went together flawlessly. Rian also led the memorial, introducing the various elements and speakers as though she were a friend of the family rather than a stranger. This ensured that the service had a warmth to it that could have been lacking otherwise. We are more than pleased with the way the Keeper Team helped us honor my sister and get through a difficult time.

The memorial pages look dated
The memorial pages look dated. I prefer clean and modern interface. I would like to be able to title the tabs myself. I want to call the "momentos" tab something else. I would like to be able to put bigger profile pic. There needs to be more flexibility in naming family members. For instance, I would like to title a family member as "bonus son/daughter" but that isn't an option. There aren't any resources connected to the site like other sites (i.e. Everloved). I paid $75 for the lifetime and unlimited profiles and unless I use it I can't fully say if it was worth the money.
