Good plan, love the recipes and the shopping lists.
Good plan. Easy to follow recipes. I have to get used to dividing up my meats into servings then freezing. Am freezing my fruits this week now also. Do not wish to waste food. It is hard to get exact amounts when shopping as I shop online and groceries are delivered. Foods o needed to get out of the house; if unopened, sent to local church food pantry. Other things my mom and sister took as they could use them. So no waste.
I finally eat me up today my 8th day, with the keto flu. I am feeling better now, but sticking to the plan. I lost 9 pounds first week. I realize a lot of that is water.
