OK so I placed an order with mylash then read some bad reviews and panicked because I hadn't received any confirmation of shipping. I wrote a review regarding this and the company contacted me straight away to reassure there was nothing to worry about and that I would receive my order by the Wednesday at 1pm and sure to their word it arrived on the Wednesday morning. From the date the order was placed it was 4 days and that was over a weekend also. I've been using the product 2 weeks now and can see some small growth. So please ignore the negative reviews if you've any concerns just contact them and they will get you sorted. I will be ordering again

On receiving Mylash I was a little disappointed that it was in a bottle with micro applicators as it seemed very faffy. As I've used a few with wands that you keeping dipping in and out. After starting to use Mylash i realised having a new applicator every night was far more hygienic and precise.
Use daily and be patient you won't be disappointed Mylash really works my lashes look amazing.

I think this is a scam website, save your money. I ordered my lash serum on the 15th May, they took full payment on that date, its now the 11th July and I still have not received my product. No reply to email, phone number on the website goes straight to music being played. Do not use.

Terrible company.
They take your money before filling in the medical questionnaire, which doesn’t make any sense. Then an email saying your order will not be fulfilled with no explanation and impeccable health.
They still take the funds from your bank despite all this, though did refund later. All this with no communication at all.
I would never use them again.
Not sure how their generic reply helps and again no explanation and why take the money off the account in the first place.

I started using MyLash 5 years ago after losing all my eyelashes and eyebrow hairs follow a lot of chemo. It was one of the hardest aspects of my treatment and they were very sparse when they started growing back. I then found this wonderful product which I have had really great results from. My lashes are longer and thicker than they were before my chemo started.
It makes me feel that I have got some of my femininity and confidence back.
Thank you so much and I do hope this is never discontinued.

I have the shortest, stubbiest eyelashes ever. After seven weeks of using this once a night I look like I have false lashes on. To say I am amazed is an understatement. After two weeks use I noticed that my lashes looked darker, they then started to thicken and now they have lengthened considerably and I'm only half way through the three month application time! Yes, my eyes felt a little itchy and uncomfortable for the first three to four days but then they seemed to get used to it. The only thing I'm upset about is that I didn't find this product years ago..

Order placed over 2 weeks ago, payment deducted from my credit card account the following day & a medical questionnaire forwarded via email. I completed that & returned it the same day.
Automated message received to say no contraindications & a further email would be sent at time of dispatch.
Since then, I’ve heard nothing. I have emailed requesting an update 8 days ago: no reply.
I also tried phoning 3 days ago: no reply, again message left.
Unsure whether this is fraud or just a very disorganised company.
Best avoided

Edit: thank you for finally replying. I’m afraid no email arrived from you on 5/2/22 nor any explanation as to why the order is not being processed. In addition, that was 14 days ago & no refund has been applied to my credit card. I appreciate it usually takes 3-5 days for a refund to appear but 14 days? I wonder if any refund would have been forthcoming if I had not placed this review? There has been no reply to the email I sent not to the phone message left.

I have been buying this product for 4 years and cannot imagine life without it. Lashes are definitely longer, no extensions required! Everything worked as detailed and the science and research behind the product is solid. I have ordered for delivery in the UK and internationally and even in COVID times when most mail was taking an eternity my pack was delivered. Thank you Mylash for a great product, great service and I am a happy client.

I have been a customer since 2013 and I honestly cannot live without this product. It was sceptical at first, there was no way this was going to work. I had beautiful long lashes until I hit my 30s and I wanted them back!
I always get complimented on my lashes and I always recommend this company. Some solutions may grow your lashes but mylash makes them thicker and longer. I have been using it so long now and I only need to apply every 2-3 days. This makes the bottle last about 7 months. Cheaper and easier than fakes. A tint and lift before my holidays means no mucky mascara sweating off in the heat or while swimming.
I cannot live without this product and have always had excellent service from them.

Hello, i have emailed 2x regarding my order as well as calling on monday, i finally got through to someone after a long wait and she said that she had to ask the doctor about my order and i can expect a call back on a private number. i never got the call back (even after i asked are you sure someone will call me back)and im still waiting for a response to my email. ive been calling but unfortunately i am unable to actually get through to a person as well as leaving a voice message.
i dont mind if there is a delay however i do expect a response to let me know what is going on

...so it took me a while to actually purchase this, but I am so glad I did. I used to wear eyelash extensions all the time because my eyelashes were quite short and very blonde which made them look even shorter. If you follow the instructions, use it once a day (I put it on at night before I went to bed) every day for 12 weeks your eyelashes will grow long and thick. It actually works, unlike most lash serums. I don't need lash extensions now and to be honest it's so much nicer not having glue on your eyes and not being able to rub your eyes because they'll fall off. It's also saved me money and time because one bottle lasts months and I don't have to leave home. For anyone that genuinely wants longer and thicker eyelashes, I definitely recommend this product. I've put a couple of pictures on to show how lush they are - I have used standard mascara so you can see them properly but it's not lengthening or thickening mascara, I don't need that any more!

I have been using my lash for almost 5 years and am very happy with the results. A friend recently said to my daughter ‘oh you have eyelashes like your mum’ which is a real compliment as she has the thick eyelashes teenagers seem to have. Always prompt delivery and just super happy.

I ordered this product and received an email with my order number. Nine days later I still hadn't received my order (despite the website stating that 95%, of orders are dispatched within 3 days) and no answer to my email asking when I could receive my order. I then read some records on Trustpilot and checked my credit card records- Mylash refunded my card 4 days after I placed the order but did not bother to email me telling me that they had cancelled the order (or why it was cancelled). This relates to a genuine order placed on Sept 10th 2021 that was cancelled without my knowledge or any explanation why.

The best product!!!
I have been using this for years now and I simply can't live without it.
Its so easy to apply and the results are amazing.
Furthermore does Mylash, have the best service. Whenever I've had questions about the product, they reply quick and adequately!

I've been using Mylash for 10 years now so needless to say I'm a very happy customer! I use it on my lashes and eyebrows and it really works!!

Genuine purchase-February 2021. This product is absolutely marvellous!! I’m a 56 year old woman and my eyelashes were short and practically non existent when I started using Mylash. Now they are dark, thick and so long I don’t need to wear any mascara, amazing results after 5 months of use. I also use the excess from my eyelashes on my eyebrows which again were non existent from over plucking in my younger days, there’s even a noticeable difference in my eyebrows too. Thank you so much for a brilliant product. I’m so pleased with the results and glad I invested in this product 🙂. I would definitely recommend and I wouldn’t be without it.

I've been a raving fan of Mylash for over 7 years as the results of this little pot of wonder are incredible! There is no other product on the market that comes close. I use this just two or three times a week to maintain my lashes which are so long and dark. I've also used this on my sparse eyebrows to encourage some regrowth through over plucking, which has worked a treat! Hands down I will forever be a Mylash fan - please never stop making this stuff!!

I have been using Mylash for the last 6 years and it's the top of my list of beauty must haves! My lashes are much thicker and longer since using Mylash and have sustained their growth even though I do not need to use it every day now so a bottle lasts quite a long time. I have tried RevitaLash and other serums to encourage growth but Mylash beats them hands down! I am often asked if I am wearing false lashes !
A great product, which works and well worth the money. Great service too, the product arrives very quickly.

I’ve used Revitalash for six years and thought I’d give Mylash a try.
After two bottles my conclusion is that the results are similar although strangely Mylash seems better for my eyebrows than my eyelashes and Revitalash seems better on my eyelashes rather than my brows.
The one big negative as far as Mylash is concerned is the bottle and the applicators. It’s so easy to waste the product inadvertently one minute there’s no product next there’s a great big blob so you have to be extremely careful.
Also the Mylash applicators are not good as they are plastic and in a world where we’re supposed to be trying to avoid plastics I find this a really big negative surely at the price they sell this product they can find a better applicator which is more eco friendly and reusable?!
Next time I’ll be purchasing Revitalash.
