Fantastic product. Very easy to use and the results are amazing. I have been using Latisse for years in America and when i moved back i wanted to keep my long lashes. The little brush from mylash is much better than the Latisse brush really.

Not only an excellent product, but excellent post-sales customer service and support. I've used eyelash extensions in the past and MyLash is equally effective, but a lot less hassle, not so time-consuming and also much less expensive. The results (with consistent use) are so impressive that friends often ask if I've had lash extensions. I've used this product for the past couple of years and continue to re-order with great pleasure.

Very sceptical when i read about this but very glad i took the risk. It does what is says and it grew my lashes. i have used it for over a year and have had extremely positive results. it has given me a false eyelash look

Love this! It really really works. I have been using it for about 18 months and I am incredibly happy. My lashes look amazing and people always assume that I am wearing extensions. I now consider it a beauty essential and have gotten all my friends addicted too

was very sceptical at first but I received a phone call from tom and we had a long fulfilling chat and I was very impressed with toms knowledge, as you know the eyelashes and eyebrows go through a different growth phase to head hair, and this product prolongs the growth phase, I have found that my bottom lashes have gone from very sparse to longer and darker over the space of 2-3 months and will keep using this until I feel they are the required length then reduce from every day to 2-3 times per week as this will keep the required length, I have also found that my eyebrows have improved in darkness and volume as I have also used this on my eyebrows , keep an eye on thyroid function as this can also have a detrimental effect on eyebrows especially the outer eyebrows, most products only condition the eyelashes for growth but this is the only product I have found to prolong the growth cycle even on me a 51 year old male, great product

I've been using Mylash for a couple of years now, along with a few of my friends, with fantastic results. I recently recommended it to a work colleague who's getting married later this year & was a bit puzzled when she sent me the link to the trust pilot reviews & asked if this was definitely the product I was talking about. I have to say I'm really shocked at how ill-informed & snarky some people can be!?! As with any prescription drug, there may be side-effects and the results might differ from person to person, but surely you look into these before you try something (unless you're an idiot obvs!) For anyone reading this & thinking about using Mylash, let me just say I've been using it for 3 years now and yes, the skin right by my lashline is slightly darker (which I was warned might happen) but just looks like really, really faint eyeliner to be honest and isn't noticeable to anyone but me. A bottle tends to last me a good 2-3 months and the end results are phenomenal - my eyelashes almost touch my eyebrows when I look up, they're nice & dark and they definitely look thicker. I get a lot of compliments from other girls and always recommend this product so it's annoying to see some people saying it's a scam & kind of makes me look bad - hence this review! Btw, I've also had an order go missing before and when I emailed the customer service address on the Mylash website, they came back to me within a couple of days, sent me a replacement order AND a follow-up email to check I received it so god knows who these other girls have been trying to contact? Anyway, rant almost over - yes it is a little pricey but it's cheaper and more effective than lash extensions!! Me & my group of friends all use it & love it (apart from one friend who has allergies & didn't get on with it - but like any prescription medicine, some people just can use certain medications). If you're thinking about buying from Mylash, I'd recommend them 100% but seriously, read up on the drug & use the directions provided. And no, I don't work for them & haven't been given any freebies to post here. I just think some of the reviews are unfair & wanted to share my positive experience to offer a more balanced view. Hope this helps anyone thinking about whether or not to try Mylash :0)

I've been using my lash for just over 7 weeks now and I'm really starting to see results! One of the girls at work recommended them to me, she's been using the treatment for about 4 or 5 months now and the difference in her eye lashes is like night and day so I'm hoping to get the same results and I'm well on my way :)!

I am not convinced that this is NOT a scam company so you may be best advised to think twice before placing an order.
I placed an order on 20th May and received a confirmation by email. Since then - nothing.
I became concerned when I had not received delivery after a week and a half and emailed and called the company several times but, despite their claims that you just need to call with any queries, the line routinely goes straight through to answerphone and messages left asking for someone to get in contact are ignored, as are emails.
I messaged the company via facebook - no response.
I contacted the company via Twitter and, once again, no response.
I just received my credit card statement and it appears that Mylash debited my account immediately upon receipt of the order then seemingly refunded the payment on the 22nd May. I have at no time been notified about the refund and cannot imagine why this happened without my request and without notification.
However, they now have my card details, which now necessitates the inconvenience of cancelling my card.
Beware!

I placed my order on the 7th of April and still haven't received my product.
On numerous occasions I tried phoning, only to be directed to answer phone.
My account has been debited, but still after all this time, nothing to show.
I would be happy with a full refund.

If you are looking at getting long darker lashes this product absolutely works. Unfortunately for me the bottle that was meant to last 3 months as stated on their website that if you use the product daily with two drops (one for each eye) lasted me only 4 weeks, which I was surprised with as I was using only one drop for both eyes,l. I had contacted the company in regards to the product only lasting me 5 weeks which I have yet to hear a response back from. Really disappointed as if the product is to last 3 months then I think my bottle didn't have the full amount of product or the website is misleading which I think it is the latter as I have looked up other combines selling lattice and the bottle size that my lash says lasts 3 months on their websites says one month.

I will now have to look at other companies that provide lattice and hope the gap in not using while I wait for delivery won't hinder the results I have had and feel like I have wasted $179

In April I was recommended lattise from my cousin who lived in Canada she had been using for about 12 months and her lashes were amazing.

I ordered from a supplier that's no longer able to provide - I would say that after 6-8 weeks I started to notice a difference but after 16 weeks was very noticeable. People comment all the time and think I have extensions but are genuinely mine.

I was devastated when the supplier couldn't provide lattise and found mylash.

Arrived quickly and customer service very good, I now use every 2-3 days to maintain them. Lumigan is actually lattise I researched it, lattise is just a brand like paracetamol and anadin and does exactly same job.

Be patient & the reap the reward! No gimmicks & amazing results..... just don't expect results immediately but the patience is worth it!

I did feel my lashes were in better condition but no more than when I apply a little vasiline to the tips of my lashes over night, which is what I will be going back too, after buying a bottle which lasted me under 2 months (using as directed).
I informed the company of my disappointment, to be condescended about using to much liquid in their option, with there obvious we are just in this for the money attitude and lack of trust in customers judgment.
I will no longer be doing business with this company and the fact that I have read on this review site this product is available on other sites cheaper, for real latisse.

It really is a magic potion for eyelashes. I was not convinced at first but i was recommended by a friend that I trusted 100%. Nothing happened for the first 3 or 4 weeks but after that my lashes grew and grew.
