If I could give 0 stars I would. When getting my auto insurance, they took my VIN down incorrectly over the phone, and after I signed the agreement and my policy began, they told me that the insurance company has increased my premium by 25%, on an already expensive premium, due to the incorrect VIN. When I requested my transcripts and audio of the phone call in which I read out the VIN correctly and the agent wrote it down incorrectly, they replied with an encrypted email saying I am not allowed receive the audio of the call, even though it is my data. This is illegal. Absolutely disgusting business practices. I got charged for their incompetence, or at worst, their bait & switch tactic (also illegal). DO NOT USE MYLIFEPROTECTED.
