Amazing quality liquorice with variety to suit everyone. Got friends hooked too. Excellent customer service too. Fast delivery and regular updates.

Excellent customer service. Had made a mistake on the order and they were so helpful at sorting it out and were very quick to help me.

I found this website this morning after doing a bit of research, went shopping but was unable to checkout. I email customer services and got a reply for Patricia who was ever so helpful and managed to sort everything out for me. She even sent me a link with my order so all i had to do was pay. Very Very helpful and i would highly recommend this company. Patricia you are a star thank you very much for all your help today.

I pre ordered a "My Liquorice" Advent Calendar as a birthday gift for a friend of mine who has a birthday in early November.
I was a little concerned it wouldn't be delivered on time so I wrote to My Liquorice customer services and received a reply from a lovely lady called Patricia who promised me she would put it on a prioritized delivery, and I should expect it next week.
I am delighted to say it arrived today much earlier than anticipated.

Excellent online company. Immediate and helpful response to a query I had, and prompt delivery

I am a regular customer and love all the different sweets I have tried. On a previous order I had redeemed some rewards but they got lost. I messaged and got a very quick response. I then placed an order with the rewards. Unfortunately there was a fault and order wouldn’t go. Once again messaged and Patricia sorted it all out for me. Plus got 10% discount. All that and the most amazing sweets ever. I could not be happier.

I placed an order on Sunday and paid extra for 24 hours by Royal Mail. The order was not processed until the next Tuesday, and the following Friday, the package has still not been delivered. I got offered a 10% discount on the next purchase as compensation which I find rather insulting. There are better companies out there for your liquorice needs that actually deliver on time!

Responding to the company reply: More lies from the company. They registered this delivery to be handed over to Royal Mail on Tuesday but did actually not pass on the parcel to Royal Mail (a common scam way to avoid breaking promises). A 10% discount for a future order is frankly insulting. Shame on you!

Very easy to order the Liquorice from an extensive menu.
Prompt delivery and was packed well. Love that you use Royal Mail so parcels can be diverted to the local post office if not convenient for home delivery. The Liquorice is very tasty and of high quality. I will use this company again.

Just received a bag of My Liquorice as a present and have to say it is totally inedible. Some flavours are meant to be salty but I found the whole bag was so overly salty it couldn’t be eaten and had transferred to the non salty varieties. Did contact the company before leaving this review and offer to return the purchase for them to examine, sadly they didn’t want to know. Don’t waste your money, nothing good to say about My Liquorice from my experience.

WOW... Wow... Wow...where do I start with these guy's...just received my order of the Chocolate Gift Box and once again am blown away by the service and quality not to mention they're DELICIOUS...this is around my 7th or 8th order and I've not been disappointed once by anything I've ordered...Give these guy's a try you'll not be sorry... Excellent service and fantastic quality...

Oh, how amazing is this. The liquorice stands out from the rest by miles. The delivery is quick and I have found I have most of the flavours. The only ones I struggle with is wasp stings, but boy they are so different. Then there is the like of fudge, I never knew you could get this, I love it. Also the salted witches ones they are amazing too.

As a Dutch expat, I need my fix of salty liquorice every now and then, so I thought I'd give these guys a try. Glad I did....their salty selection is the business, with a special mention for the "very salty octopuses".

On my second order there was a slight mishap - part of my order was incorrect, but customer services rep Patricia handled this very effectively and friendly - the correct item will be sent out to me, and I can keep the incorrect item.

Lovely to see a niche supplier with good old fashioned sweets as well as good old fashioned customer services - I'll be back!

If I could give minus I would. From delivery to the wrong address to an interfering rep who rearranged delivery without my permission its been BAD SERVICE all the way

I don't normally give 5 star reviews as I don't think many people think they are accurate! I have given this company 5 stars because of the way they treated my order. I had waited 2 or 3 days and had not heard anything after ordering, so emailed the company to find out if they could give me any idea of a delivery day! I had a very prompt response from a lady called Patricia who told me there had been a problem and my order had been missed, however this was on Friday and low and behold on Saturday along came my parcel. The service and also the delicious choices of liquorice are well worth it!

Really tasty lots of choice really good prices. I won’t order liquorice from anywhere else again.

An add came up on Facebook so I looked and was pleased to see sugar free choices so I ordered two items and they were delivered very quickly. Very happy with the service I received

About 7 weeks ago I started Chemotherapy. I lost a lot of my taste. I found I could still taste liquorice and started eating Liquorice allsorts, the only kind I could find. Then I got a post on Facebook for MyLiquorice. I browsed the catalogue and saw many European Liquorices that I had never seen before. I ordered a large pack of mixed gourmet, a pack of Dutch Buttons and a pack of hard gums. I placed all three packs in a tub and have been grazing thereafter. I love them all but especially the buttons.
