It looks like your first consultation was impacted by technical issues, and you waited for around 20 minutes in the first session. We are looking into this to try and prevent this happening in future.
As we understand it, the pharmacist for your rescheduled appointment, at 14:30, joined 15 minutes before the new consultation to make sure everything was working properly and we can see you were prescribed the appropriate treatment in the consultation. Your prescription has already been dispatched with the courier the same day to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible and this is due to be delivered by today.
You mentioned in your feedback that you felt your time was wasted on two occasions. If weâve misunderstood this, please do let us know so we can address it properly..

After filling out a form on my gps website I was referred to my local surgery. The call itself with the doctor was fine. My only issue is that I aired that last time I used this service it took 2 days for my antibiotics to arrive, she said I should have this lot by the next afternoon. My call was on Thursday 26th February and now as Iâm writing this review it is Monday 9th March and Iâm still waiting for the antibiotics for my tonsillitis. Having paid for the antibiotics already and trying to contact to try and sort this out is ridiculous. Iâve had to miss out on work, and a family gathering because I was too ill. I personally will not be using this service again and would like a refund for the antibiotics I am still waiting for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Iâm truly sorry that your prescription took so long to arrive and that you were left feeling unwell without the medication you needed. Thatâs certainly not the standard of care we aim to deliver.
Iâve checked your order, and your prescription was dispatched on 26th February, however, once the prescription is handed over to the courier we have limited control over the delivery process. Because we didn't receive any contact from you after this, we werenât aware there was an issue. Had we known, we would have immediately arranged a replacement and investigated the delivery with the courier.
You also mentioned that you had experienced a similar issue before. However, we were only able to locate one previous order under your name. This order was placed on 22nd September and the prescription was delivered the following day, on 23rd September, so there does not appear to have been an issue with that delivery. However, please let us know if this was not the case.
We completely understand that this experience may make you hesitant to use our service again. However, we are in the process of trying ensure more reliable delivery services and our Customer Service team are incredibly proactive and always ready to resolve any issues quickly for our patients.
If you do decide to use us in the future, please donât hesitate to get in touch right away should anything go wrongâweâll do everything we can to make it right.

Update: changed to 4 stars as I was told my antibiotics would be delivered next day, only to be informed by the courier thereâs been a 48hour delay which is less than ideal as you want to treat infections as soon as possible. Such a shame, perhaps this is more the fault of the courier than the surgery.
