I recently used my lovely lawn for work on my front garden. Really efficient and communication was excellent. They done a brilliant job, I will definitely use them again.

Expectations were managed and i was kept informed of appointment. The team arrived on time, worked well to take existing lawn back. Applied fresh layer to level out the dips and make even. Re-laid lawn and pinned back in. Very quick and washed down garden. I would have preferred a little more material to have been put down to bring the level up to the decking, but it is a definite improvement and will monitor how this is for a while.
Team followed up very quickly and checked on satisfaction a couple of weeks later.

From Shalini booking in the materials to Dilan having to change my request every few days with me changing my mind they have been so so good. Not forgetting Adam, Nick and the rest of the team you guys are outstanding. The fitting is immaculate very neat & tidy. No mess left behind . Just got the artificial lawn (Mayfair 30) installed by My Lovely Lawn and extremely pleased with my experience. The team were amazing throughout and were easy to work with, all the way from quotation and answering any questions.
They were clear with the pricing and I value reliability and communication and they even managed to offer me an earlier install date in summer! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the guys.
They were efficient on the day, effective. Nikhil was the site manager and was knowledgeable and communicated very well with me. They were also very clean and took away all their rubbish.

We shopped around for a few quotes for a new artificial lawn to replace our patchy, weedy real lawn. My Lovely Lawn was the most decently priced and said it would take less than a day compared to others that said the job would take 2-3 days. Most of the communication was via WhatsApp which was really convenient and allowed us to share photos and videos of the property so that they could provide an accurate quote and get a sense of the access to the garden, which was important as we live in a gated development. We got booked in quickly for the first available date in about a month’s time but an earlier slot became available and they were able to very quickly arrange for delivery of the materials the day before installation. On the day, they kept us informed and turned up as expected, completed the job efficiently and quickly, and tidied and cleaned up everything afterwards. The new lawn looks great, such a transformation and we are so pleased with it. Would highly recommend My Lovely Lawn!
