Everything was run extremely efficient
Everything was run extremely efficient. My appointment was in the morning and the state of Georgia sent me a link to pay for my card in the afternoon. My card will be sent ups and I should be receiving it in 2- 10 days. Bravo!

Fast, professional service. They were on time and the provider was kind. In the past I had to wait quite awhile past my appointment time but this time they were right on time. Well done on scheduling, too.

Conversation with Dr was good quick
No posting of next steps, left trying to figure out what’s next
Form given by Doctor is totally different than the form on the Ga Dept of Health website
Dept of Health also requires the patient to sign and return the form notarized to the doctor, they wasnt shared initially
