As previously communicated, I am still awaiting the agreed refund to be processed and reflected in my bank account within the promised timeframe. Once the refund has been successfully completed, I will be happy to update my review again to reflect the final outcome of my experience.

The replies to my query were prompt. They did what I requested. They have said I'll get a refund so I'm hoping that's the case.

Upon raising an issue it was dealt with promptly and correctly.

Emily has been very helpful I came across this site by mistake and they have taken money from my account Emily is sorting a refund for me
