Money taken, order not received by, no response to complaint
Company did not deliver goods and is not responding to complaints. They took the money on order and a month has passed as having responded once to say the parcel was on its way to UPS they are now no longer engaging. This was a Christmas present. I would advise not to buy from this site as it is a scam.

Scam!!!
Our parents ordered at the very beginning of December and paid extortionate delivery as we had just missed the black Friday offer. We kept chasing it because the UPS tracking said they were waiting for the parcel but hadn't received it.
Long story short, our daughter never received her Christmas present!!!my model horse told us they were looking into a few missing parcels and would get back to us asap ... They've now just stopped responding to emails and we are on the 9th Jan.
Do not order otherwise you will be out of pocket and especially don't if it's for a special occasion like Christmas :(.

The seller is not responding
The seller does not respond to my complaint emails. 1 item was missing and 1 was broken. Although the price of these items was low, I am disappointed with the unprofessional customer service and annoyed that I do not dare to order more for this reason. I really liked the products.
