great customer care
I initially had a problem, not being able to create my account, and struggled to get anyone to help for a couple of days, but when I did receive an answer, the person apologised for the delay and was very helpful, listening to the problem, having done some work to repair the issue, and offering different choices going forward.

Call resolved the problem in minutes. Sandra was able to confirm the issue was wider than just my account and also resolved the updated figures. A really helpful contact who has a lovely Scottish accent.
