Horrible Beware

Horrible Beware, I purchased a part from them they sent me the wrong part and it didn’t work then refused to exchange it or refund my money. I even went as far to email them and make sure it was the right part before purchasing and they assured me it was. Then when the part I got didn’t work and I don’t mean didn’t work for my project I mean defective didn’t work and was the wrong part they refused to do anything about it.

The personal is Very unprofessional and they won't give you the info that you need when you buying parts from them.
Their site don't give you info from the parts and what parts they have available and they only takes order for 10 parts per order.
What is not stated in their site.

This is the absolute worst experience


This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Customer service is worse than anything I've ever dealt with. Got sent the wrong part after i vin checked for correct fit. Said it would shop in 24hrs it took 7 days to ship and 5 more to get to its location. Plus they make you pay for shipping to ship it back and charge a 15 percent restocking fee. This place is nothing but a f***ing joke

Deceptive sales practices

Deceptive sales practices. Will state that they have a product “in stock”. What does means to 99.9% of businesses is that they physically have the product in stock. However to this part reseller they lie about it. Just unethical.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. I placed a parts order and expedited shipping on August 11, 2021 and they charged my credit card right away which is common for many companies.

However on August 12, 2021 they email me saying one of the items had to be gotten from another warehouse.
I immediately sent a message to them asking about the actual delay, no reply. I then tried calling them on August 12, 2021 and had been on hold for over an hour. At which point they say press zero and they will call you back. Surprise surprise no call back.

On August 13,2021 I am presently on hold trying to cancel the non shipped order going on 1 hour 45 minutes.

I have now contacted my credit card company who gave me a immediate reversal or chargeback of the purchase price. In fact my credit card company listened to the constant recording about “excellent customer service” they have zero customer service. Save your time and trouble and money. Go someplace else local to you for those Mopar parts like I did this morning.

This company is terrible.

No customer service

Very slow to respond to emails and does not answer their phone. I sent 3 emails in 10 days did not receive a reply until today. Waited on hold 3 times for over 30 min each.

Purchase d a Part, I haven’t received yet/ they didn’t refund my Shipping price/ the are Liars, about Part has Shipped I wouldn’t Recommend this Company, a lot of Excuses/ do not want you to speak to a higher Superior, I’m Dissatisfied!

I was easily able to navigate online

I was easily able to navigate online, contact live customer support., and even speaking with store associates first time I called with accommodation in conversation about shipping and the items availability. Received my part day and a half later. I will utilize this Buisness for orders as much as I need to in the future.

If you like being scammed, this is the place

Stupid me trusting a site, ordering a part before reading the reviews. Every review is 1 Star because you have to at least click the one star.

So... I you like misery and being scammed, this is exactly the place for you. Luckily my scam was $28.00 not like some others that paid way more.

Yes, I did try to contact them first thing in the morning, 7))AM, on hold for a while, sends you to voice mail of some guy that will never call you back. I'm just going to take my hit and move on.

Received my part and was overcharged on my credit card. Brought this to the attention of Dave in their parts department. He argued that the part cost more than he thought and charged me more due to that. They did not ask my permission to charge more, just sent the part and charged my card. Believe it or not, Dave told me that they are allowed to charge up to 15% more than they quote! These guys could take a lesson from other successful customer-centric online stores. They definitely need it.

Avoid this seller!

MR NOPARTS These people do not deliver!!!!!!!

I ordered parts and after about 15 days I sent and email asking where they were, I ordered a few simple parts and missed one part I payed for and the most expensive part was incorrectly labeled I also made made the mistake making a bigger order and now after they took my money no one answers and I do not get any response from them. I seen failing businesses before and this is the same pattern I they follow. I have filed a complaint and for a refund from PayPal it was for a considerable amount. I would never use this company again. Buyer beware!!!!! I give them a zero but you had to check at least one star to leave feedback.

So I get the wrong part shipped to me

So I get the wrong part shipped to me, I call em up and they tell me the picture on their website is out of date and the part they sent me is the the current item. I says I went to you guys because the picture showed exactly what i needed. The lady says its not their fault crystler didn't update their info. The shipping cost they wont refund was as much as the part i bought, on top of thier 15% restocking fee, so i lost out. Im keeping the part i can still use it but its not what i wanted.

Website states incorrect vehicle fitment and they won’t stand by their word.

MyMoparParts vin lookup and fitment check said the part I purchased would fit my vehicle. Once the item arrived, I tried to install without success. The item did not fit my vehicle model and MyMoparParts would not admit fault and wouldn’t pay for a return shipping label. Their website states incorrect information and they won’t stand by it. Do not trust these scam artists.

I have a 2018 Ram 1500 (29000 miles and


I have a 2018 Ram 1500 (29000 miles and less than 3 years old)and the my Uconnect screen is going haywire. radio channel changes every few seconds. AC turns on and off and redirect flow from defrost, feet, to body constantly. This is bad enough but to top it off I get to wait another 3 to 5 weeks to get the new one. This is bull. It is well known that this is a major issue yet you cant get the parts to dealing for weeks!!!!!!! awful poor service and you should be ashamed. This is my 4 Ram dating back to 1984 and it will most likely be my last. I know that parts wear out, or can fail prematurely. I can accept that but what is not acceptable is waiting weeks for a part that is a known issue. You SUCK!!
