Amazing sleep!!!
We are absolutely convinced be it the quality, price, team's ownership in delivering the consignment to the consumer. I would recommend this product to any tentative buyers. We had purchased a 6 inch, 90 density customized mattress and we are experiencing a wonderful sleep. Thanks to Nicholas, from customer care team who guided us on the right product.

After trying out multiple mattresses, I think I've finally found the one that works for me! Before getting the morning own 6" medium-firm latex mattress, I had tried out 2 options from Sunday rest and 1 from wakefit. I finally realized that memory foam just doesn't work for me. Thankfully, the Morning owl latex mattress seemed to check ALL the boxes I was looking for. I'm writing the review after about 10 days of use, and it has been great so far! Even the latex pillows they provided along with the mattress has been great. I would definitely recommend this to people who are fed up of memory foam mattresses/ who are suffering from lower back pain.

I ordered 2 regular pillows and got them received. But their height was slightly inconvenient for our heads. Same was informed to Morning Owl team they immediately responded by sending 2 contour shaped pillows in replacement. I must say the team is loyal and customer oriented and I am very happy with our purchase.

I just received the delivery of 6" 90 density of 2 mattress & my remarks are xllant for these mattresses

Morning owl service and quality of the product is excellent. Mainly they are honest and loyal to the customer. Refunding and exchange issues are comfortable to proceed and they react immediately. Really an excellent product and i thank them from bottom of my heart.

Ordered a queen size medium firm 6" mattress and using it for almost 1.5 months. My experience is given below.
Responsiveness: From the time of booking to delivery the responsiveness of company representative was amazing. Never ever had to call twice. Couple of times he could not take the call, but called back immediately after his meeting is over. This actually gave me lot of confidence.
Delivery: Product delivery was dot on time. The packaging was very good and and there were no issues. The product got into its original shape from compressed form in 10 mins, but we started using it after 2 hrs as suggested by the company.
Quality of product: The product quality is actually as mentioned in the website. Firmness/Softness is perfectly balanced. We are 50+ and didn't feel any uneasiness or pain. Sleeping, sitting, relaxing is an absolute joy on this.

The best part is when I spoke to the Latex manufacturer and supplier to Morning Owl, they also gave me a solid assurance that they stand by this company for quality assurance.

Though i am using it for limited time, but i am sure that i have chosen the right product not only going by it's committed quality, but also the responsiveness of the company gives an additional confidence that they are authentic and will serve the client if anything goes wrong.

Thanks to Mr Nicholos's convincing explanations about the product, I chose the natural latex 6 " mattress instantaneously. I am extremely satisfied with its use so far. Felt that a protective cover could have been supplied as a compliment! Price worthy . RAMAN, Hyderabad

I have been waiting for Christmas concessions for 6 month for this mattress.Finally I got this natural latex mattress the experience is awsome it has acted like medicine on my nerves.now day i am free from neck pain.

I had purchased an ortho mattress ( 90 density ) customised to suit my king size bed. Nicholas came home with samples and took measurement for the mattress which was indeed a great help . Overall experience and support provided by Nicholas & Gaurav were commendable . I am very satisfied with the quality of mattress, discounts and complementary pillows offered of my choice. I had a better experience with Morning Owl on purchase of my 100% latex mattress than what I would have got otherwise from any brands/ outlets in Bangalore . Capt Sanu

My experience with Morning Owl (MO) is really good so far😊. It is about a week I got the mattress. Mr. Nicholas helped me nicely with all type of information about the products also with the order. Thanks Nicholas🙏.
I purchased a Orthopaedic latex mattress of 78"x72"size along with TWO free pillows🤗. The mattress is nice one. But too heavy to handle even by two persons 🥺. Suggest MO to provide the mattress cover which can be used both sides (top and bottom sides) incase someone wants turn mattress in future otherwise it'll be difficult for it's weight. Presently I can use only one side. Another point about the pillows (nice one👍) are with the pillow covers. MO didn't provide any cover with pillows. So I had to use the largest covers which I had. But the pillows are bigger size than the covers. So requesting MO to include a nice pillow covers also. Without proper size cover you can't enjoy the pillows properly.
The main point :request MO to open "experience centers" as many places possible. It'll help people who don't have any previous experience with this product and can have some idea before purchasing particularly on the softness of the products. Hope to good service in future. Good luck.

Ordered an Ortho mattress for mum who has a herniated disc and sciatica pain. The mattress is simply the best money can buy. Go for it. Mum loves it. I’ve tried it and love it too.

Dealing with Morningowl was very clean. They are professionals who stick to quality and their words.

Long back purchased a mattress from this company, but had to return bz We felt it was too hard and return process was very smooth compared to another brand which I tried later. For almost 6 months I searched good natural latex with soft feel. finally noticed Morning owl's new softer mattress. For trail I ordered a soft topper and was very much impressed with its quality . then I purchased a mattress core/base and company was kind enough to understand our requirement and provided proper mattress outer cover to accommodate core and topper to make my own customized mattress. later I got some pillows also. and their support team was good enough to understand requirements and deliver.

i purchased this product during jan 20 after reviewing various brands and finally i decided go with Morning Owl. I have used the product for nearly one year and i am very much happy with the product and I don't find any issue and not find any adverse to comment. Really it is a nice one

After researching various options, I narrowed down on Morning Owl latex mattress. As expected the mattress was delivered promptly and it was impeccable finish. Unfortunately, my wife (we are senior citizens) had back pain due to the softness of the mattress. We did try to adjust. But hats off to the company they have accepted the return of the mattress as indicated in their website (100 days free trial) and promptly returned the entire money paid to them without any deductions or charges including return charges. I sincerely wish the company a great future and perhaps try to improve the product to suit everybody (making it a little hard)

With known benefits of latex mattresses, I was looking for a premium latex mattress but pure latex mattresses are quite costly as compared to a normal / memory foam mattress. At Morning Owl, I found a combination of HR foam and latex mattress which I believed to meet my requirements. I ordered 1 initially, the mattress reached to me in 15 days. I found the mattress was a medium firm mattress (quite firm as compared to my previous memory foam mattress) and was prefect to my requirement. After using it for about 15 days, I replaced my other 2 bedrooms mattresses as well with this. Everything was good in the entire purchase process except Morning Owl does not provide any buy back provision for old mattresses but provided 25% discount on the MRP which compensates buy back option to a great extent.
Overall a very satisfying experience with Morning Owl team
