My Natural Pond レビュー

Nice fountain, works well, my only wishes are; directions for assembly are somewhat confusing and I wish the spray was a little higher. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Excellent service and quality pumps. It was difficult for me to buy the pump but Ron helped me through and finally I got a beautiful pond with a spillway working wonderfully.

Great service and product working as it should.

The fountain was easy to assemble and install and the instructions were easy to follow.

I appreciate that I was able to talk to the owner himself who was able to give me good advice on what to purchase for my individual pond

The pond is everything it was said to be. Works great when the sun or bright clouds are out. Needs a battery for any other times, but is sufficient for my use.

This company is great very helpful in the response. Time is very quick.

The service was sooo professional!

This company was able to put a program together to stop the algae issue in my pond. They recommended products that will resolve the issue and not damage the beautiful fish and foliage around the waterfall and perimeter of the pond. They have answered all my questions and concerns. I am looking forward to working with them in the future!

My new floating fountain arrived on time and was easy to put together and install in our pond. I did it by myself in less than an hour, including setting up the solar panels & swimming out in the pond to pick the right spot. Worked beautifully! I have ordered the longer cables so I can move it various places in the pond. Highly recommend! I have it deeper than the 3 ft needed and still get a good height of water shooting up.

We received our solar panel in a timely fashion and in great condition. The product was exactly what we expected based on its online description.

Great communication all along the way along with a great product! Very easy to set up and use and is a great finishing touch to my pond. Can’t say enough good things about them.

We have been working directly with My Natural Pond going on 5 years. We had a Blue Green algae problem that was worsening by the day. I didn't even let my dog go in the water! MNP put together a customized pond solution which continues to be customized every year as needed. Our pond is now lovely. We swim, kayak & fish and once a month I put enzymes in while paddling around in my canoe, looking at all the little critters that call it home!

Pump works great and was so easy to set up

I love my waterfall pump! Customer service is excellent. I called to make sure the pump would work in my small fish pond. They answered all my questions, and the pump is working great. My pond is shaded for most of the day, so I also bought a long cord for the solar panel.

Easy to understand, clear instructions & support if needed.

I placed an order and the item was out of stock. I was contacted by email and text and Ron suggested another pump that would work well with my pond. He answered all my questions and he shipped it quickly. It was packed well, the set up was easy and it is working just like I pictured it. Nice product and terrific customer support.
