They use a terrible shipping company APC postal logistics to deliver the electrode, which is the most important tool for the whole service. Because of this, they keep you waiting for a month or more, and the parcel may end up lost entirely. They should really consider using a better carrier given that this tool is essential to activate the service.

It is hilarious that the subscription automatically starts within two weeks (when they expect the client to receive it), yet when you ask them, they say international parcels take 21 business days. As a result, I have to keep reaching out to Customer Service just to extend my activation date. Judge for yourself. Btw I have not received it yet. The order was paid on 28/11 and now is 23/12.

I placed an order weeks ago and they haven't shipped my product yet. I keep emailing them and they keep saying "we are reviewing the problem" save your money and stay away.

Their electrode system that complements the fantastic MUSE Headband is of poor quality. Took some heavy meaneuvering to get a replacement, even though it was clearly a manufacturing defect. Then, when held them acountable it had been two months I did not have the equipment, they sent a standard picture where there is no clear evidence of delivery of the item, and still wanted to charge me for the service. Even though the service is interesting, and perhaps good, and I've looked for other options. However, when you're dealing with mental health, you can't be blaming your client for your poor service nor followup. Plus, "personalised" sessions are not so, they are merely a "Certified Profesional" reading a graph for you. Instead of generating insight and treatment. Tried it 6 months. don't waste your money.
