Just finished my second stage.
Couldn't be happier and thankfull to all the staff in my nova.
Especially Natalia. A wonderfull person. That is a master in the art ofwell receiving. Outstanding, above and behond my best expectacions.
Doctors and nurses also outstanding.
Im very happy with the final result.
I recomend My Nova,

Exellente Durchführung meiner Zahnbehandlung(12 Implantate)
Hier ist besonders meine Zahnärztin Seda Erdem zu erwähnen.Frau Erdem ist erst zufrieden ,wenn Sie selber zu 100% mit dem Ergebniss zufrieden ist. Immer wieder wird geschliffen und kontroliert.
Ihre Ausdauer,bis dann wirklich für sie selber und ihre Patienten alles perfekt ist,ist bewunderswert.
Meine Ansprechpartnerin zu Hause war Frau Yilmaz.Mit ihr hat alles exellent telefonisch und per WhatsApp funktioniert.
Auch vor Ort war Frau Yilmaz bei meiner ersten Behandlung(Oktober 2025)dabei.In der Türkei war auch noch meine Dolmetcherin Astrid für mich zuständig.
Die Überstzung hat perfekt funktioniert.Jeder einzelene Schritt wurde mir von Astrid bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt.
Von der Hotelbuchung bis Abholung vom Flughafen ist alles reibungslos verlaufen.Ich hatte einen sehr netten Taxifahrer(Metin),den ich auch erwähnen möchte.

I’ve just completed my second stage of full mouth implants with My Nova Dental in Izmir, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From start to finish, everything has been handled with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. A huge thank you to Emre, my coordinator, who has been absolutely outstanding throughout the whole journey. He’s been supportive, responsive, and always there to answer questions or put my mind at ease — you couldn’t ask for better.

A very special thank you to my dentist, Dt. Aslihan Keltek (my dentist on my 2nd visit) who has been exceptional. Her skill, attention to detail, and calm, reassuring manner made a massive difference to me throughout the treatment. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes real pride in her work. Also, a big thank you to the dental nurses and all the team working alongside her — their professionalism and support never went unnoticed.

I also want to give a big thank you to the reception team and all the staff behind the scenes. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed warmly and looked after straight away. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and that makes a huge difference when you’re going through treatment like this.

There are honestly just too many people to name individually, but every single member of staff played their part in giving me my smile back, and I’m grateful to all of you.

Travelling abroad for treatment can feel like a big step, but My Nova Dental made it completely stress-free. The clinic is modern, clean, and runs like clockwork.

I can honestly say this has been life-changing for me. If you’re considering dental implants, I recommend My Nova Dental 110% — you won’t regret it.

Hi, I went to Turkey to get my teeth done. Didn't know what to expect. I was met by the driver at the airport. Brought to my hotel. The next morning I was picked up at the hotel and brought to the clinic. The driver was a nice chap. But the staff were brilliant from start to finish. Imrem was amazing, she put me at ease and explained exactly what was going to happen. I had a full mouth extraction done, bone graphs and 12 implants. That was my first visit. Six months later I returned to have my teeth done. The end result is amazing, I can't believe the job they done. It was a long time to get the job done, but it just shows the professionalism of the surgeon's at my nova that they wouldn't finish the job until my mouth was healed and the implants were fixed properly. I have to be honest, it was tough to have no teeth for so long and you have to go through some pain during the fixing of the teeth. But the end really justifys the means. I can't thank My Nova enough. From the guy driving the minibus, Irem,the girls at the desk, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon. Unbelievable. Thanks everyone.

I recently had dental work carried out with My Nova and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do.

Vedhan (my main contact & Liason) with the whole team were extremely professional throughout, while also being genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was at ease at every stage.

Overall, the level of service provided was truly exceptional. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone considering dental work. You’ll be in very capable hands.

Well I’m on my last day of 4 visits to Mynova in Izmer. My co-ordinator is Irem.
So it’s been an experience. My first trip out was to a dental clinic in Istanbul. When I left there I was not happy. So when Mynova where visiting Dublin I took the chance to meet them for a second opinion. They agreed with my concerns and I agreed to let them take over my treatment.
Hotels and transfers where all looked after. Hotels are ok. I’ve been in two different ones. Transfers are in nice small buses, blacked out windows and drivers that are sound. You feel like a VIP.
Irem was amazing, communicating at all hours, answering all my questions, even the stupid ones. She recommended bars shops etc. and was always in the clinic to great you with her lovely smile and reassurances. Again any questions asked she went and got the answers.
My dentist was amazing. Gentle hands and strong when need. To see her smile under her mask when she is finished the job and see the pride she takes in getting the best results made my day.
And a shout out to all the other staff from the receptionist to the assistants , x-ray staff and even the ones who inject the Anesthetic
( I hate needles) . They always smiled and again all had the gentle touch.
I highly recommend Mynova, not just for me , but I watched them with other customers and chatted to others there. Everyone was very happy with the attention they were getting.
They are a great team, all of them.
I genuinely will miss my visits here ( but might go back for a checkup in a year or two.
A huge thank you to Irem and my dentist ( I can’t spell her name, sorry. ) You were just super and I could not have asked for better. It’s was a pleasure to be put into your very capable hands. Thank you for putting a smile in my mouth and a bigger smile on my face.

I had an amazing experience with My Nova Clinic, my rep Imelda was top class she organised everything from start to finish. She was there every step of the process, which put me at ease. Would highly recommend them fantastic service and quality and would make it 6 stars if I could as they went that extra mile!

Just back from the first part of my treatment at My Nova , Kusadasi . From first point of contact many months ago , my co-ordinator Imelda has been quite simply amazing . If you are a nervous patient like I was , you really appreciate the chats before the surgery and the support throughout your visits . I found all the staff to be professional and courteous to me. As someone who dreaded root canals previously , they just seemed to go a lot smoother over here . I’m pain free , despite dental implant work , sinus lifts and bridge placements less than a week ago . This makes me so happy as i had a couple of issues that were causing me pain before the treatment. Also my smile looks amazing , only half way through the work . So be brave and don’t hesitate , you won’t regret it ❤️

Back in my Nova for a check up and yet again professional friendly service . Had my check up with Dr. Omer i couldnt recomend him & My Nova enough for treatment & aftercare its exceptional. Huge thanks again to our Irish representative Imelda for once again organising everything

I was extremely anxious before going over. The moment you walk through the door and see the immaculate state of the art facility and meet the staff you know you are in good hands.
Imelda went above and beyond to organise everything for us and make us feel at home. Literally all we had left to do was turn up.
The staff are fantastic and very friendly and that makes for a very positive vibe throughout the building.
My doctor Cansu was amazing. She gave great advice,was patient and kind and really put me at ease. Her attention to detail was 1st class and that really shows in the end results.
It's refreshing, especially today to find people that make time and take such pride in their work.
My experience over the 2 visits has been amazing start to finish.
My Nova Kusadasi has given me a smile that exceeded my expectations. More importantly they have given me a new confidence that's here to stay.
I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
