I am so sad to hear that you received the wrong size. We take great precautions to ensure that every product we ship out matches the size and color selected at checkout. Yet, errors are bound to occur, and we take full responsibility for that.

It seems that your experience with our company had been less than satisfactory. We understand that the Cozi Slides you received seem to be too small for you, even though you chose the size option that was one size larger than your typical size.

Additionally, when you reached out to us to have your product exchanged, you were not pleased to hear that your preferred size and color was not in stock.

Indeed, as a general rule, we offer free and easy exchanges to our customers, as long as they contact us within the specified timeframe, and their preferred size and color is available in stock.

As for returns, as per the Terms and Conditions which is publicly stated on our website, the costs are indeed shouldered by the customer. However, if this is not ideal, we also offer partial refunds.

Again, we apologize for all the trouble.

We are terribly sorry to hear that your experience with our company has left so much to be desired. We understand that you asked for your order to be cancelled multiple times, but your request was not granted, and you are not satisfied with our return policy.

As a general rule, indeed, we are no longer able to cancel an order once it has already been processed. However, should the customer decide that they still want a refund upon receiving the product, we will be more than happy to assist with the return process.

We would like to clarify that we do not charge an extra fee for returns. The customer simply has to pay for the return costs. This is because we already offer free worldwide shipping, so, unfortunately, we cannot afford to cover the cost of returns as well.

We would like to clarify that we do accept returns. As a general rule, our customers have 14 days from the delivery date of their order to contact us regarding exchanges or returns. This is stated under the Terms & Conditions section of our website.

We are sorry to hear that as of writing here, you still haven't received the product you ordered from us quite some time ago.

We understand that there was an issue with the shipment of your initial order, and that you tried to ask for a refund, but your request was refused. On top of that, your reshipped product is once again taking a long time to arrive.

While cases like this are rare, they do happen sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances.

I am very sorry to hear that it took four months for the package you sent back to arrive, and then it was returned to you again. This may be the case when the recipient's address is incorrect, and according to our policy, in such a case proof of postage must be provided. Because of all this, this process may take some time and I apologize for the inconvenience. Please accept my apologies for that.

I'm also sorry to hear that you've been waiting longer than you expected for a response from our customer service. In the last few months, we have been faced with high demand for our products which has also affected our response rate. But let me assure you that it will soon be much better as our customer support team has been expanded and this will contribute to improved contact with our customers.

We must admit that we have been ill-prepared for dealing with the rise in volume of orders. As a result, there have been some slight delays in the processing and shipping of some orders. We have made some changes, and we expect things to improve soon.

As for where our products are shipped from - we would like to clarify that we have multiple warehouses all over the world and when a customer places an order with us, we ship from the warehouse nearest to their location, or where their ordered items are in stock.

Upon checking, I can see here that you have already been in touch with one of our Customer Support agents, and they have already explained to you that the size you received is the same size that you ordered. They did allow an exchange for a bigger size, but unfortunately, the product is out of stock in your preferred size and color.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your Hypersoft Sneakers, as you find the arch to be too high for your liking. Additionally, your foot keeps sliding forward while wearing the product, even with a smaller size.

I can see here that you have already received assistance from our Customer Support agents, and you have already received your reshipment in another size - but it seems that the replacement sneakers still did not fit you comfortably.

Indeed, our Hypersoft Sneakers have 5cm heels to boost height. The soft heel bubble is also supposed to absorb shock while providing a stable walking surface on any terrain. However, we understand that everyone has different needs, and our product may not always be the best choice for everyone.

Upon checking, one of our agents have already sent you an email regarding your most recent concern. Kindly check your email inbox and respond accordingly so we can assist you further.
