We have used this tour company on two occasions- once to Vietnam and this year to China. They deliver a highly professional service at competitive prices.

Our tour involves 12 days in Thailand visiting Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Phuket. Claire, our tour coordinator was great creating the package that we wanted and also checking on certain items even on her days off during our tour. All our guides were also excellent: Lucky in Bangkok, Arun in Chiang Mai and Aliyah in Phuket. My mother had some leg issues just before our trip and she couldn't walk too well. Lucky and Claire helped arranged a wheelchair at the hotels and the guides actually pushed my mother in the wheelchair during some extensive walking parts of our tour. We thought that was beyond the call of duty and appreciated their care since it would have ruined our vacation. Odyssey Tours is highly recommended from us.

We traveled in vietnam and Laos with Odyssey Tours. They arranged private guides for us in all the major cities. The itinerary was well-planned (except for one day when we probably didn't need so far up the Mekong Delta outside of saigon, since traffic was horrible coming back) The guides were quite good and Alick Peng was very accommodating. we were very pleased overall with our excellent accommodations, sights and travel arrangements.

I worked with Claire and she was extremely helpful. I had many questions and with the time difference it
Made it difficult. Claire handled everything well - got back to me ASAP and it seemed as if she was right next door.

My sister and l had a great holiday in Singapore and Malaysia, thanks to Odyssey Tours. The tour was well co-ordinated and the tour Guides were informative and hospitable.

Alick Peng from Odyssey Tours helped my friend and I plan two trips to Asia. The reason that we turned to Alick and Odyssey for the second trip was because we were so very pleased working with him to plan our first trip to Asia. Every single detail was taken care of when we travelled to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. It was perfect in every way. Alick is an outstanding travel agent for this company and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is thinking of travelling with Odyssey. He answers his emails in a very timely manner and makes communication to plan a trip over the Internet very easy. On our second trip to Asia this past October of 2017 which included areas of Vietnam and Cambodia that we did not have time to explore the first time, we turned once again to Alick. There were many of our own ideas that we wanted to include in the itinerary and Alick readily adjusted proposed itineraries to accommodate all of our wishes. We actually requested two changes in the middle of our most recent month long trip and all it took was an email to Alick for him to immediately respond and make the necessary adjustments including length of stay at some hotels. Alick made sure that someone from Odyssey was always there to pick us up at airports and hotels no matter what changes we requested. We have absolute confidence in Alick Peng as a travel agent and would definitely turn to him if we decide to plan another trip. His services are OUTSTANDING and from our experience in working with him we can tell that he is definitely an asset to Odyssey. We have also highly recommended Odyssey and Alick Peng to some of our friends in Canada who enjoy travelling. Our trip with my family in June was wonderful. It was started with our travel consultant Claire Jiang who helped us all the way with our itinerary and flexibility on the dates that we want to go. Claire did a fantastic job on assisting us in every detail of the trip. We had some minor problems almost the end of trip. We couldn't get hold of Claire in the office (because it was a Sunday) instead a co worker of hers (Bruce) definitely helped us out. But Claire did call me back after couple of days and sorted things out. Overall, Claire did a wonderful job and she deserve a 5 stars and I would still recommend Oddysey Tours as my next travel agency on my next visit to Asia... Melissa K. USA

I have used Odyssey Tours for 2 wonderful trips in Southeast Asia. They do a terrific job, their guides are first rate.

Loved my trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand with Odessey tours. Guides were punctual, knew a TON about the sites we went to, included food was all very good, and the hotels were all in great locations and had very nice amenities (we chose 3 star for most of our hotels, and were still pretty equivalent to 4 stars in the United States). We even got some free upgrades to the 4 star hotels when the 3 stars were not available. When our flight out of Hue was cancelled due to heavy rains, Odessey quicky rescheduled us a flight out of Da Nang along with transport. Everything was taken care of! Our tour coordinator, Cherry, was awesome and made sure to call and check on us upon arrival, midway through our trip, and when our flight was rescheduled. She's awesome! Highly recommend Odyssey tours all around!

This is the second time we deal with Odyssey Tours regarding our travel. Previous time was our trip to Indochina, when everything was organised perfectly and completely in accord with our tailor-made itinerary.
Our second trip to China is yet to happen, but both trips were organised with the same Odyssey consultant Liz Ling.
She was absolutely fantastic and continuously provided straight to the point, prompt and tireless assistance and advise on all our enquiries and requests. She was and still is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My partner and I used Odyssey for a 2 week trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos in November 2016. We had initially thought that a private tour would be too expensive, but after some hunting online we found Odyssey Tours, and the wonderful Alick was very patient in helping us organise the perfect tour. Nothing seemed to be too much to ask and he arranged a wonderful tailor-made itinerary for us. We went to Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, Luang Prabang, Siem Reap, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. Alick arranged all of the transport including private drivers and internal flights. The whole trip was run flawlessly, and everything was very well organised. The hotels were stunning, and the guides and drivers were all friendly and knowledgeable. We had the holiday of a life time and would definitely recommend Odyssey and book with them again. It’s astonishing that this company can organise such excellent tours for such reasonable prices. 5 stars!

Our trip to Cambodia is the 2nd trip that Alick Peng of Odyssey Tours has organised for my husband and myself, we were in Vietnam 2 years previously. On both occassions we were pleased beyond our expectations for Alick’s services, his clear communication and prompt responses to our questions or requests are nothing less than excellent. We met friends on our final days in Sinoukville and Alick was even kind enough to arrange a car big enough to transport all of us back to Phom Peng for our departure flights. Thank you Alick! Our trip was custom made to suit our requirements and the length of time that we had for our holidays. All of the chosen hotels and organised trips met our expectations.

Our hotel in Phom Peng, the White Mansion was comfortable and it has a great breakfast! The friendly staff looked that we got reasonably priced Tuk Tuks to take to where we wanted to go. We visited rooftop bars for happy hour and there are numerous good restaurants to choose from. We were also central to all important sights like the Genocide Museum, the Royal Palace and Temples.

Our stay in Battambang at the lovely Battambang Resort, saw a beautiful water lily pond in front of our unit. I enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing ambience after our previous days in Phom Peng. The restaurant is very good and the owners of the hotel are lovely friendly people. The Bamboo trainride was a special and fun experience! We really wanted time out from visiting Temples during our stay in Battambang, so our tour guide suggested a visit to the Bat cave. It was fascinating to see not thousands but millions of wrinkle lipped bats exiting the cave above our heads.

Siem Reap the city of ancient Temples, we appreciated each and everyone of them! The Tara Ancor hotel is probably the most modern and largest hotel of our stay in Cambodia, the restaurant had good food, we enjoyed the swimming pool and bar area. Even though the staff were excellent, the quaintness of our previous 2 hotels were more our preference.

Our tour guide for Battambang and Siem Reap was ‘Phalley’ his wonderful service makes us want to come back and experience more of Kombodia with him as our guide. Phalley was competent in his knowledge of our places of interest, he was fun and a wonderful humble person to boot. This is our second trip with Odyssey Tours and it wont be our last.
